Notes to the rental rates

• Included in the above rates is a meet and greet service (office hours), all linen and towels (except beach towels),
  a reasonable electricity/water usage is included also. The above rates are based on an occupancy of 6 persons, there after is an additional charge of £50 per person per week. A returnable security deposit of £150 is requested against any damages/lose of keys. A 25% deposit will secure a booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure.

Terrace

The terrace is one of the largest on the complex, and being South facing enjoys Sun all day, with a wonderful sea view. There is a covered area, which previous holiday makers have found very handy, which provides some protection during the mid day sun, which can rise to 35c in July and August. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, and table/chairs to cater for al fresco dinning, where you can relax with a long cold drink while watching the evening sun go down.
