This spacious apartment on two levels on the 3rd floor (Gothic stairs without lift) of a 17th Century residence, is really quiet, very bright and offers splendid sights on two sides, on the majestic St. Nicholas baroque church and on the wooded hill Petrin. It offers a unique position in the heart of the Lesser Town, on the Kings Road, between the Castle and the Charles Bridge (at only 150 m.), just next to the famous St. Nicholas baroque church: the main monuments & historical sites are in the vicinity and accessible by an easy walk (the Charles bridge is only 2 minutes away, the Old Town Square at 15 minutes). The apartment sleeps 6 in 2 rooms with parquet floor (2 double beds & 2 single beds), one bedroom has visible beams, 2 bathrooms & independent toilets, fully equipped kitchen, nice wood staircase, great comfort with unique sights on monuments, apartment recently renovated, modern conveniences (TV, SAT, Hi-Fi, etc.).

The St. Nicholas apartment is located in the heart of the Lesser Town (called Mala Strana) which is the oldest district of Prague, founded in the Middle age, with dominant renaissance and baroque styles ; the district is dominated by the Prague castle (which accumulates 9 hundreds centuries architecture, from the 9th century to the 18th century). Beside the castle, this area is famous for its renaissance and baroque palaces (now embassies and ministries), for its old churches (from Roman style to baroque style, like San Nicolas), for its museums, galleries and for the baroque gardens and parks all around. To summarize, this is the most romantic and beautiful district of Prague ! And also, the Charles bridge is at few steps, on the way to the Old Town square (20 minutes walk) and it is beautiful to walk by the river. There are many gourmets restaurants, taverns, jazz-bar and bars in the vicinity. We offer you many informations to enjoy the best of the City.

It was a brewery since 1520 and a restaurant since 1665, when it was held by the mayor of Prague called Glaubic (the actual name of this famous restaurant now). Through the centuries it became a Prague institution where the public, politician and nobility would meet (as the district is the political area of Prague, parliament, ministries and embassies are around).

The apartment is beautiful and clean. You have all the facilities you will need for a pleasant stay in Prague. The location is amazing, you wont find anything better for the price. The only problem is the stairs, but the Ad already advice that. If you are carrying heavy luggage be aware you will sweat a lot.

Beside that, everything is perfect with the apartment (supermarket: 1 block, restaurants: downstairs and around, parking facilities (high fee): 1 block, Starbucks with free wireless internet: across the street, Charles Bridge: 3 blocks, Old town: crossing Charles Bridge).

Location is great and the apartment is fully furnished which all things that you will find in your own house. Furthermore you will find free exercise with a nice middle age stairs
