Our holiday rental villa is a 4 bed/3 bath townhouse on the exclusive four star Regal Oaks Resort in Orlando. Built in 2007 our rental villa offers top end holiday accommodation in a great location only 3 miles from Walt Disney World main gate. The Resort is located at Old Town Kissimmee just off the Highway 192 and is within 5 MINUTES WALK to shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. On-site management office just opposite our home as well as heated pools, jacuzzi, lazy river, water slide and on-site lake within 1 minute walk. Our two storey townhouse comfortably sleeps up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. There is a fully furnished living/dining area (sleeper-sofa provided for an extra 2 guests if required), fully equipped kitchen, 3 full bathrooms (master with Roman bath), and outside patio area. HDTV, DVD, internet access, safe, burglar alarm, laundry room, and parking for 2 cars. High chair, travel cot and stroller in house for guests use FREE OF CHARGE.

Our villa / townhouse offers top end holiday accommodation in a fabulous location only 3 miles from Walt Disney World main gate. The Resort is located at Old Town Kissimmee just off the Highway 192 and set in a beautiful forested conservation area. Unlike most gated resorts, Regal Oaks is within 5 MINUTES WALK TO SHOPS, BARS, RESTAURANTS & ENTERTAINMENT at Old Town. As well as this there is a fully functioning Clubhouse on the resort, only 1 minute walk from our home. The Highway 192 is less than a 10 minute walk away with a supermarket and wide range of shops and restaurants . Orlando International Airport is only 20 miles away with Sanford Airport at 46 miles away. The great location of our home provides you with easy access to the main routes to Disney World Resort, Universal Studios and a wide range of other attractions, golf, dining and shopping. I would recommend a car, but our home gives you much more flexibility with so much on offer at a short walking distance away.

  • * EASTER HOLIDAYS WILL BE CLASSED AS PEAK SEASON*
    * PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY cheque (GBP £ Sterling), check (US $ Dollars), credit/debit card via Paypal (3.5%fee)
    * RATES INCLUSIVE OF ALL LOCAL TAXES & CLEANING (additional cleaning charge of £60/$85 is payable for stays less than 7 nights.)
    A deposit of £100 / $150 per week is required at time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival at property.
    At time of final payment a security deposit of £150 / $250 will also be taken against the property. This will be refunded in full after a satisfactory end of rental inspection from our management company.
    Cancellations within 4-8 weeks of arrival date will result in a 50% loss of total rental cost and cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date will result in a 100% loss of total rental cost.
    CHECK IN - a digital door entry system is in place and the code will be given to you prior to your arrival.
    SECURITY ALARM - the code will be given prior to arrival
  • Check-in time is after 4.00pm although we may be able to accommodate earlier check-in if required.
    Check-out time is 10.00am on day of departure. Late check-out may be available if organised in advance.

    ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
    A cot, high chair and stroller is provided in our home for guests use at no extra charge. Bedlinen for cot must be brought by guest.
    BBQ's available at an extra charge, payable locally on-site to my management company.
    Management Office is located directly across street from my house at 2718 Impala Lane and office hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.

Notes: A Day Spa is located only 5 minutes walk from our house in Old Town offering a wide range of treatments including Massage Therapies, Body Treatments, Speciality Treatments, Specialized Nail Care, Makeup Artistry, Depilatory Waxing and other luxuries. A fitness centre is also located 15 mins walk away at Water Tower Plaza, next to entrance to Celebration. The property is self-catering and guests will need to provide toiletries, dishwasher tablets etc. The property is cleaned at the end of each rental, although mid-stay cleans are available at additional cost. There is a washing machine and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Excellend service, great location.

The house was great, great location and really comfortable, nice to come back to after a hard day at the parks. The kids really enjoyed the pool and in general were the only ones there, would definitely recommend your house to anyone who was visiting florida and your service on booking of the house has been excellent.

Your townhouse was a wonderful place to stay! Our family of 6 were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool area & water slide. Since our plans included the Disney parks, we were thrilled that they were such a short drive to get there. Jackie, we highly recommend your home to others and hope to return again soon!

Our stay at your townhouse was fantastic. It offered plenty of roominess for us and was clean. It's a great location with lots to do whether it's Disney, Old Town or shopping. The pool area was a big hit for us all - the kids especially. Nothing like a relaxing float down the lazy river on a hot day. Amazing holiday and a spotless house.

On behalf of myself and my family we would like to thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home in Orlando. We had an amazing holiday and most of it was to do with your home.When we got there and opened the door we were really surprised and happy. The house was absolutely spotless. Everything and more was there for us.You really did cater for all our needs.The location of your home to the attractions was spot on. 15 to 30 mins drive, very easy and the shops and restaurants near by were great. In fact the kids by the end of the week were having more fun at your place and the pool. The pool was great, we were in there every day and evening and the wildlife around the lake was pretty special too. We had a fantastic holiday and most of it was down to your home, location and pool. Also i would like to say a big thank you to you, every email i sent you i got a reply back in no time at all. So thank you all again for a great holiday - one of our best.

Central location - would recommend!!

The location of Your Townhouse was very central for all sorts of things i.e. food shopping, Theme Parks, Retail Outlets. We also made good use of the local restuarants especially to have our breakfast which was very cheaply priced and the food was in great quantities!! We also used the local crazy golf which we all enjoyed.Having Old Town next door was a big bonus and there was lots too keep us all entertained. Your management company were very helpful on the few occasions we contacted them which included us being able to obtain reduced price wristbands for the OldTown rides etc. We hardly used the pool as we were out and about every day....which just shows what a great location your accommodation is for getting to lots of places of interest. Overall we had a wonderful time staying at your townhouse..it was very comfortable, clean, neat and tidy and welcoming for our stay. I will certainly recommend your accommodation to friends and colleagues for future holidays. Having somewhere to stay in a location that was very easily within driving distance for all the theme parks, restaurants, shops etc was great. Also having your managemnent company just across the road from your acommodation was also very good and we found them friendly and very helpful the few times we needed to use them…i.e even for local information etc.
