You will submerge into a world of architecture, art and design. Located in the Rosenthaler Vorstadt on the border of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg you stay in the center of Berlins art and fashion scene. The Kastanienallee, the Kollwitzplatz and the Auguststrasse with their different offerings are part of your daily walk. The Museumsinsel and the Hackescher market can be reached with a short walk of 15 minutes or one station with the tram.

The spacious and light apartment at the first floor has an area of 60 sqm. Two large rooms are specially linked and allow different uses. Carefully selected pieces are used to furnish the apartment. Changing Exhibitions of original works are inviting a discurs with Berlin Artists. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious shower bath help to make a stay as comfortable as possible.

In the close surroundings are very good playgrounds, little parks, bio supermarkets, flee markets, clubs, bars, restaurants and galleries. The former Berlin Wall can be seen only 10 min walk away at the Bernauer Strasse. To make a long story short, the apartments are located in the centre of urban life in Berlin.

Marvellous alternative to hotel room, much better!

We stayed in the apartment for 3 days, it was absolutely a great experience. The apartment is furnished with the best modern furniture, very stylish, on the first floor of a nice house. The area is just superb, a very nice location with plenty of nice little bars and restaurants, many nice parks nearby and really a feeling of "neighborhood" which you will not find in any hotel in the city centre. The tourist area of Unter den Linden or Potsdamerplatz can be easily reached by underground or by a 30-40 mins walk, the Zoo can be reached again in 20 mins by underground, the Mitte area is just nearby, with its many art shops. The advantage compared to a hotel is that you have a kitchen (very useful if you have a little girl of 2 yrs like us), you have more privacy, and for a few days you really feel like a Berliner and not like a tourist.
Thomas, the owner, was absolutely nice and accomodating for everything, including late check-out which he gave us for no extra charge. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
