A new 1 bedroomed apartment that sleeps up to 4 comfortably. Fully air conditioned with home from home furnishings. Situated on the second floor providing panoramic sea views of the Cote d'Azur including Antibes, Nice and snow capped Alpes Maritimes (use our telescope and binoculars). The large balcony includes patio furniture, ideal for dining outdoors. The property is well equipped with fully fitted kitchen including, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and plenty of utensils. The cosy lounge affords excellent views through the patio doors whilst providing all home comforts including SKY TV, DVD, CD/radio and board games. The apartment is on a small, relaxed complex with a pool and sunbathing area. There are shops, bars restaurants all within in easy access locally. Whiilst in Antibes there is everything you would need for a perfect holiday. There is so much to do including small intimate villages, large resort towns, waterpark, marine land, golf, skiing.

The apartment is in a perfect location. There are shops, bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk while a 10min stroll takes you into the town of Antibes which has large daily market, lots of shops, bars and a different restaurant for every day of your stay. Antibes has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to the most luxurious yachts of the world. The old town which dates back to the fifth century BC is a labyrinth of charming streets filled with shops, street cafes, restaurants, galleries, museums and churches within the town’s historic ramparts. The nearest beach is around 500m whilst Antibes has 2 large beaches. A car is not essential but there is on site parking, however, within 5min walk is the train station which provides access to fabulous destinations such as St.Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Menton and even Italy. There lots of cosy villages to visit such as Biot and St.Paul de Vence. 5mins by car are Marineland, water park & fun fair. There is access to ski resorts

Great Property

The apartment was comfortable bright & spacious with good furniture. Plenty of room on the balcony with good views. The pool was clean & warm & not crowded at all. Sometimes we walked to town but the free bus came in very handy in the heat of the day. We hope to go back. Thank you Alan & Marge.

Lovely quiet, comfortable apartment

Have just come back from a week in sunny Antibes and would definitely recommend this apartment. In terms of location it's about 10 mins walk from the harbour so nice and quiet and away from the noisy scooters that can keep you awake at night in town but is close enough to walk to the main beach or market in 25 mins or to take the free bus down and get there in 10 mins.

The flat itself is extremely comfortable, with Sky tv and all the English channels (including Sky Sports), a lovely balcony, a well equipped kitchen and a decent sized pool in the complex. There was plenty of hot water available and the sofa is very comfy if you have more than 2 people staying.

Marion and Cyril were extremely friendly and accommodating and really made us feel welcome and settled in the apartment. We are definitely interested in returning next year.

Perfect holiday in Antibes

We had a great time. The appartement was perfect, very clean, beautiful furnished and so well equipped. We felt like home. We were 2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 15). We spend most of our evenings on the terrace which has a breathtaking view.
For the rental arrangements Alan was great. He gaves us every little detail that we needed and he was answering very prompt to any questions or concerns. Also Marion & Cyril are very nice and helpful. For us was a great help that Cyril could drives us from the airport and then to the train station when we left, for a very reasonable fee.
We recommend this appartement, it's a really nice place to spend your vacation.

My stay in February was my first at this time of year in Antibes and the apartment was cosy and ideal for my needs. Antibes is just about my favourite town..anywhere!

Cyril ensured I was picked up from the station and explained all I needed to know about the apartment.It was immaculate and well furnished. Even at the time of year it was fantastic to see the views first thing in the morning! I love cooking and found the kitchen just right for preparing my evening meals. The CD's and DVD collection were handy as I was on my own.
I used the free bus to get into the town but the 20 min walk was no problem either! I travelled about quite a lot by train and bus so it was useful to have the station fairly near [all the buses stop there too]. One of my favourite places to visit is the Cap D'Antibes and the views from the top of the hill near the wondeful chapel and old lighthouse. !
Alan and Marge were very helpful and friendly in answering all my queries for the holiday.I really felt at home for the week and will definitly return on my own or with my husband next time! Definitely will recommend to friends! Sue from Essex

great family holiday

we drove to antibes to find a beautiful apartment with the most fantastic views you could wish for, the photo's dont do them justice. we were very pleased with the facilities in the apartment it is a real "home from home". even with only one bedroom there is still ample space for 2 adults a 12 yr old & a 9 yr old, the couch makes into a large comfy doublebed. antibes is a easy 10 mins walk with lots to see & do for all ages. lovely restaurants & bars in the old town.monte carlo,monaco and cannes are all with- in easy travel and are a must do for every-one. the pool is great to chill-out in after a hard days sight seeing. marion & cyril were a god send and couldn't do enough for us! alan is very helpful with lots of info and makes booking very simple. we had such a fab time have just booked for 2009!
