This is a one bedroom, recently decorated with new modern furniture. The apartment is located in Calheta is well know for its golden sandy beach which is one of the best in the island Calheta is also the place where people come to relax. It is a very peaceful village but still very dynamic with loads of activities to do such: water skiing, paragliding, mountain walks, boat fishing trips, beach and many others. The beach is located more or less 15 minutes walk away, by there you can find a wide selection of sea food restaurants, shops and a big supermarket. Calheta is a village with many historic places and has over 500 year of legacy and culture. Funchal which is the Madeira island capital is only 35 minutes away by car throw the express roads and the airport is 45minutes away....

The apartment has one bedroom with a big large double bed, one bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, the cosy and comfortable lounge with cable TV etc... the apartment is also only 5 minutes walk away from a gas station, bars and local grocery stores so this makes the property location very convenient for people that like to walk it is advisable to rent a car is you wish to visit other parts of the island and Calheta county but if you wish just to relax no car is needed since every thing you need is only 5 minutes away. The weekly rental rate is 200€ but if you book with us for a month we will give you a special price of 600€.
