The villa is situated in the village of Olia Speciosa, at a short distance from the highway to Cagliari (56) km southbound and Arbatax (70 km) northbound, 5 km from the sea of Costa Rei area which offers a vast choice of pristine white sand or granite rock breathtaking beaches and clear blue water as well as all main activities: diving, swimming, sailing, horse riding, etc. Within 300 mt distance from the house (5 minutes walk): pharmacy, bank, post office, supermarket, pizzeria. All facilities thought for the comfort and well being of our guests: air conditioning (cold/warm) in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dish washer, towels and linen provided.

A comfortable holiday home for families with small children or elderly people. Quiet area with various facilities in the area. A car is needed for various excursions. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes drive. The owner was very helpful. The house is full of atmosphere decorated.
