Our villa, is located in a cul-de-sac, which is very private & not overlooked, offering all round views of the outstanding Almerian countryside. Complete with 3 bedrooms, two of which offer en-suite facilities and also a separate family bathroom. Our villa also has a lovely private swimming pool complete with Roman steps and also we have a six seater jacuzzi all of which are set in lovely gardens. This provides a perfect setting for alfresco dining and entertaining. The villa is furnished to the highest standard & air-conditioned throughout. Our villa is spacious and also has a 3000litre water depositor, which provides an essential back-up during water shortages and a filter providing safe drinking water. A short 5 minute drive takes you to the village. Here you will find all the normal amenities, banks, supermarkets, newsagent, doctor, bars, dentist, restaurants and the popular Saturday market. A community pool is located on the way from the villa going towards the villa

The villa, is located in Arboleas, which is 30 minutes from Mojacar and its wonderful golden beaches that go on for miles, with its golf course, bars, restaurants, commercial centre which is very cosmopolitan, horse-riding, go-karting and diving are also located within this area. With the famous Mojacar Pueblo where many artist hang their art work within this magical white village within the hills. Garrucha is just a five minutes from Mojacar on the coast wit excellent bars and fish restaurants, In the summer, a night time market lines the promenade which is fun for all the family. Here you will find fantastic art work, jewelery. In Vera you will Tennis courts, beaches that go on and on... a water park, tennis courts, bars, restaurants and much much more... In Vera there is also a small nudist beach for those people who are brave!

Additional information about rental rates

  • 25% non refundable deposit due with immediate effect, a further 25% is due 13 weeks prior to departure and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to depatrure. Please note this monies are non refundable.

    A security deposit of £500.00 is required, this must be received 4 full weeks prior to arrival. Once we have had confirmation that the house has no been left in good order without damages or excessive cleaning required. Then your deposit will be returned within 14 days.

    The villa be ready after 1500 hours on your first day, you must depart the villa by 1100am on your last day. This is purely as we have to have the villa cleaned, so it is ready for the next people.
  • We recommend that you take Playstation 2 games with you. A selection of board games are supplied. Some dvd's are supplied (Children's and Family style)

  • Our villa, is set in the hills in a small cul-de-sac. The villa is furnished to luxury standards, with air con in all the rooms(excluding the bathrooms and kitchen). Ceiling fans are also in bedrooms. The master bedroom has French doors that open out to the pool and garden area with fabulous views into the hills and an old farm house. The lounge has two sets of French Doors leading onto the pool terrace. The lounge includes SKY TV, DVD and PS2. Outside you will find a heated private pool and a jacuzzi, 6 sun beds, 2 parasols, table and 6 chairs. A welcome pack as standard on arrival which included in the price. We supply all beach and bathroom towels (travel cot/high chair/baby bottle steam steriizer) OPTIONAL no charge We have tried to cater for everything that we feel anybody would want, including installation of a 3000litre water depositor, which means that the villa should always have a water supply. Also installed is a water filter that provides drinking water

The Surrounding area.: Our villa is ideal for families, hill walkers or those just looking for a relaxing holiday. The golden beaches of Mojacar are only 30 minutes drive away, here you will find an abundance of beach bars, restaurants, horse-riding, parks for the children, a shopping complex, diving schools, go karting etc... In Vera you will find beaches, a water park, cafe bars and restaurants. the list is endless... In our village you will find a selection of bars, restaurants,supermarkets, pharmacy, postoffice, doctors, dentist and a new opened bowling alley just a short drive away. Skiing Information: Ski in the Sierra Nevada mountains! Granada is around is 2 hours drive away. Golf Information: Fantastic golf facilities available nearby at the renowned Val de Este course and complex (20 minutes drive) and the Desert Springs Course and Resort (20-25 minutes drive).

Upon Arrival/Upon depature: You will be met by one of our staff on your first day at an agreed location. They will show you everything about the villa. Please note the villa will be ready from 1500 hours on your first day. The villa will need to be vacated by 1100am on your last day. You will need to hand the keys back to our staff. Who will agree a suitable time to meet you.

Extras at No extra cost to you...: As standard we provide all beach towels thus giving you extra space in your case! A welcome pack. Some inflatables for the pool.

A place in the sun to unwind, relax and recharge

We have stayed in villas in the Arboleas area for the past three years and this villa is definitely the best one. It is both beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished. It is very clean and spacious. The layout is excellent and the beds were the most comfortable of anywhere I have ever stayed. The main bedroom leading on to the pool area is just fabulous. The owners have thought of just about everything you might need during your stay. Any problems they responded within minutes and sorted out anything straight away. The pool and hot tub were both wonderful and the weather was superb. We went to Mojacar beach 4 times and visited local markets. Arboleas market on Saturday morning has a lovely atmosphere and well worth a visit - it was our favourite. Local produce is extremely cheap and local bars/restaurants very good value for money. The villa is very luxurioius and we enjoyed our holiday very much. In fact we were so chilled out that we really did not want to come home.

Great holiday destination

We have just returned from the villa and all had a super holiday. The kids loved the pool and especially all the inflatables conveniently stored in the shed.

The villa was very clean and comfortable and has been decorated really nicely. It has all the mod cons a young family needs.

With stunning views from the pool and jacuzzi its a great place to relax and see the the nearby sights.

What a fantastic property the owners have thought of everything even down to the towels for pool and beech.We had a fantastic week the pool and hot tub are ideal.Its perfect if you have young children.We will be using it again and the Villas decor is really nice.

Highly recommended villa

We have just returned from our stay at this villa & had a brilliant time. The villa is part of a recent small development and is furnished to a VERY high standard. Lots of well thought out extras such as the IPOD docking stations and the jacuzzi and more practically filtered drinking water, beach towels & a welcome pack. The booking process was very straight forward & both the villa owners and on-site contacts were very helpful & friendly. The villa is set in a very quiet location, but not far from supermarkets (Arboleas & Albox) & is easily reached from Almeria airport. We would definitely recommend this villa & hope to return in future.
