New penthouse in a very nice park with beautiful swimming pools. The penthouses have 2 levels. On the 1st level there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a spacious balcony), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room (with a big balcony). On the 2nd level there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a very large terrace. The penthouse are fully equiped (aircon, dish-washer, TV, fridge-freezer, hair dryer, iron, etc.). Besides the outdoor pool Botanic Gardens offers many more facilities such as an indoor pool, fully equiped gym, restaurant with a beautiful outdoor bar and terrace and a market.
