Little gem of a house & pool on the prettiest little Caribbean island

'Serendipity' nestles amid palms and mango trees in a quiet spot 400ft up the jungly side of Mt Nevis, yet it's only a 5-minute drive from the best beach on Nevis, 10 minutes from the quaint 18th Century capital, Charlestown, and 15 minutes from the quiet little airport. The house sleeps up to four people and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, shower room, spacious living room, immaculately fitted and fully equipped modern kitchen, study, laundry room, and a wide, protected verandah beside a 30ft x 15ft pool with a glorious view across the colourful garden and two miles of sparkling Caribbean Sea towards the sunset and St Kitts. The house has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the study, multi-channel cable TV sets in the living room and main bedroom, a DVD player, internet access. broadband, big ice-making fridge/freezer, large gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer and toaster. As for Nevis itself, it still deserves its old nickname, 'The Queen of the Caribbees'

Notes to the rental rates

  • Rental rates include weekly maid service, pool cleaning and garden maintenance. Weekly rental rates include all utilities except telephone calls. Tenants renting by the month will be expected to pay for electricity, telephones and cable TV. Firm bookings will be reserved for 7 days and may be secured by paying a 50% deposit, half of which will be refunded if the booking is cancelled no later than 60 days before the start of the rental. The balance of the rent, plus a damage deposit of US$500, will become payable 30 days before the rental begins. Airport pick-up, vehicle rental and a welcome pack can be provided by arrangement.
