The apartment is in the middle of Rome's historical centre (Via del Pellegrino) with all main see sights at WALK DISTANCES. The house is silent and quite, a characteristic almost unique in Rome historical centre. It has air conditioning, is child friendly and is completely renovated. The appliances are all brand new. The flat offers an entrance, a charming double room with a kind bed size, a sitting room with 2 sofa beds, an up-to-date bathroom with a comfortable shower with unlimited hot water and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave. It offers a beautiful Flat TV with even English BBC World and DVD. At a few steps from the apartment you can find all you need for a comfortable journey: supermarket, news vendor, chemist, bars for tasty breakfast, pizzerias, restaurants, elegant shops, wine bars, etc. We offer a transport service for / to the airports and Civitavecchia port.

We found this lovely, clean apartment to be just what we were looking for. We have two boys ages 6 and 9 and it was great to have restaurants,bars, a small supermarket and Piazza Navona on our doorstep. I would like to visit Rome and this apartment again when it is a little cooler! We would definately recommend it to others.Franco was very helpful when we had problems with our car hire and he went beyond the call of duty to help us. Thankyou!

Thisapt. forms a perfect base from which to explore Rome.It is only a short walk from everything you need,from your morning shot of espresso through to fresh groceries or any number of restaurants for dinner, the alleyways of the Piazza Navona are excellent but avoid those on the Piazza itself.Franco ,who speaks very good english, was on hand to extend a warm welcome and give us all the essential information that makes life easier on holidays ie, bus routes,nearest ATM machine etc.The apartment is well maintained ,kitchen stocked with all essential utensils,bed very comfortable and linen impeccably clean as indeed was the apartment.We would recommend for couples,sightseeing without a car.Hope to return next year.One negative comment , the apt. is in the ground floor area without any outlook.
