Quarteira is a really pretty fishing village, family friendly in the summer months and great for long winter lets. The beach is Blue Flag rated and is clean and safe. The resort is typically family friendly and enjoyed by couples at all times of the year. Plenty to do with lots of local attractions within walking distance, lots of shops, reasonably priced restaurants, coffee shops and local produce. Visit the town of Altes high up in the mountains for superb pottery bargains. The Aqua Show Water Park great fun and just a 5 minute drive away. The area is well known for its golf and there are many golf courses nearby.

Additional Comments: Our apartment is 20 minutes by car from Faro airport. Some of our guests choose to rent a car as we have an underground allocated car parking space. However it is just as easy to use a taxi from the airport, they are plentiful and reasonably priced. Our meet and greet service are on hand 24 hours a day if you require any assistance during your stay

Golf: The following excellent golf courses are all within 6km of the apartment: Vilamoura -The Old Course, Pinhal Course, Laguna Course, Millennium Course, Victoria Course, Vila Sol Championship. Val Do Lobo - Ocean Course, Royal Course. Quinta Do Lago - Pinheiros Altos Lago N & Quinta do Lago S, San Lorenzo.

A Fabulous Apartment ....

Our stay at Delfino's exceeded our expectations ... it was everything described and more.
From the outset, and having had a bad experience from our first enquiry for another apartment in the same location, Lynne was a pleasure to deal with replying promptly to not only our initial enquiry but to all our small subsequent questions and queries.
The apartment itself was stunning, everything we would have chosen ourselves - a real WOW factor on arrival, added to by the groceries there to greet us ( a really nice touch) - and what a fantastic location - we couldn't have asked for more.
The taxi driver at the airport was not sure of the exact location, but Lynne's directions got us there perfectly (and were used by ourselves several times driving back and forth to the airport to pick up/drop off our visitors!) and there was only a short wait for Amelia to arrive with the keys.
We absolutely loved the area of Quarteira - the beautiful beach just a few steps away and the plentiful bars, restaurants and shops leading either way on the promenade outside the apartment. The whole area
was so clean, friendly and certainly not overly busy at the time we were there. We did do a little bit of exploring whilst we were there, but preferred Quarteira hands down (and the nicest apartment on the strip - even from the outside!) and we will definately be returning, and recommending Delfino's to any of our friends and family who are considering visiting the Algarve.

beautiful apartment with fantastic views.

Having visited Quateira many times for days out we have wanted to spend a holiday there for some time. We were well aware of the many beach front apartments that run along Quarteiras long and beautiful promenade so I put alot of time and effort to make sure I got somewhere special for my wifes birthday treat. The apartment does indeed have the wow factor as you walk in to see the stunning sea views. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for your stay. All communications with the owners were dealt with quickley as was the return of my deposit. I would highly recommend a stay and will be returning next year.

Luxury Sea Front apartment with fabulous sea views

The location of the apartment was ideal because everything we needed was in walking distance. The views were outstanding, photographs did not do it justice. For one of the weeks of our stay we had two children so it was a perfect location to be in.

The property was in imaculate condition, a real pleasure to stay in.

The service we recieved was excellent. Welcome pack was a really useful generous touch.

I would definitly recommend this property to a anybody.

There was a very good Dutch bar and restaurant approximately five minutes from the apartment, they had lots of little bars and restaurants in the area so dining out was not a problem. Dining in was also not a problem as the facilities were of a very high standard and the view from the terrace was a fine accompliment to any meal

I look forward to returning in the future.
