Sunset villa is a large family villa quietly secluded yet within easy walking distance from a supermarket,numerous shops,bars and restaurants.This villa is unique in the fact that it boasts a full size swimming pool and a very cosy and secluded self contained guest cotage for friends or relatives.There are four bedrooms in the villa ,one master with en-suite and 6`x 6`double bed,one twin and two double rooms sharing either a bath room or a shower room.All rooms have patio doors leading out onto the sun decking.Outside there are ample sun loungers and chairs and an undercover veranda for shade with ceiling fans.All towels and bedding supplied.The kitchen has large fridge/freezer,oven & hob,microwave,toaster,coffee maker.The living room has TV, DVD satellite,and internet connection and extremely comfortable seating.All rooms are air conditioned with tiled floors, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes and dressers.There is also an electronic safe.Seperate maids room with washing machine/WC.

Notes to the rental rates

• Airport taxi transfers from/to V C Bird International Airport are included in the weekly rental price as is a weekly maid service. Additional maid visits can be arranged in advance at a cost of $100 USD each. The villa is also fully air conditioned and again this is included in the price. Deposit to secure booking is 25% with the balance payable 10 weeks before arrival date. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer full details available via email. Security deposit $200 USD. Golf Cedar Valley golf course is the best golf course on the island and is only a 25 minute drive from the property. It has an 18 hole, par 69, 5932 yard course. They do allow visitors to play on the course and use their clubhouse, restaurant and other facilities from about £15 !!! a round depending upon exchange rate. This is a well maintained and highly regarded club with better than average facilities. There are several courses on the island including Jolly Harbour which is an 18 hole, par 71 6001 yard course which is within a 5 minute drive. Clubs and carts are available to hire from both courses.Jolly harbour has a practice range also very handy.
