Converted farmhouse set amongst natural stone terraces with rockery/herbacious gardens with fantastic panoramic views of the Northern Tuscan coastline combined to the back drop of the Apuan Alps offers the ideal setting for an idyllic holiday. The villa is equipped with all modern comforts in order to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Whether you choose to just watch the world go by or enjoy the facilities of the villa or go sight seeing, all is close at hand. The approach to the Villa is via a small tarmacked country road. It has private parking through a remote controlled gate that can accommodate up to three cars. Steps from the car park lead to spacious panoramic terraces with sea views and a covered porch area. There are two sets of large French windows leading out from the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room to the covered veranda where one can live the outdoors. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, access to the infinity pool and an herbacious terrace.
