The apartment sleeps 4, has a separate entrance and secure parking behind electric gates. Beautifully furnished to a very high standard with all the appliances you may need for a self catering holiday, two balconies that stretch around two sides of the building great for sun bathing or eating al fresco. Two double bedrooms, hair dryer and TV in main bedroom, large bathroom with walk in shower, newly fitted kitchen with large dining and sitting area TV and DVD. Private Top Floor apartment in small three story building in quiet residential area backing on to fitness trail. Ideal for South of France, Riviera or Provence holidays. Alternatively, an ideal base for business trips to the South of France, or for one of the numerous festivals or conferences hosted in Cannes during the year.

Cannes is the definitive Riviera resort. The Palais des Festivals, near the old harbour, is the heart of the Cannes Film Festival but also hosts trade shows, conferences & tournaments. Approx 15 min walk from the apartment. Free Beaches to the west of Le Suquet, the beautiful old town, along the boulevard du Midi. Or many private beaches with towels & loungers provided along the Boulevard de la Croisette a beautiful broad promenade running from the Vieux Port to the Cap de la Croisette, perfect for a stroll. The seafront is the home of some palatial hotels such as the ‘Carlton Intercontinental’ and the Martinez. Rue d’Antibes and the streets surrounding, are home to the South of France’s most extensive array of luxury shops, such as Luis Vuitton, Bulgari, Cartier, abound, along with many high street names. It is around here that the famous Cannes night-life is centred. Cannes has many restaurants catering for all tastes, 20 min drive is Mougins the gastronomic capital of the south.

Great week in Cannes

I spent 6 days here at the end of July with my partner, my daughter and her friend. We had the most fantastic week. The weather was fabulous and we were able to enjoy all the great things about Cannes.
The apartment was excellent, very modern with everything we needed and more. It is much more spacious than it looks in the picture and was perfect for the 4 of us. The view from the terrace is fab. It is on the top of a hill and the walk was tiring at the end of a day in the sun but this did not put us off. The exercise allowed us to enjoy more food and drink!!
Bridget and Simon were excellent and gave us all the info we needed as did Jodie who meet us at the apartment with the keys.
Great holiday, great apartment, great location....can't wait to go back again!!!!

The apartment is far better than the photos portray. It has an L-shaped balcony allowing you to enjoy the sun and views at any time of day. It is very well equipped with more than you would ever need on holiday.
The location was great for us - only a 10 minute walk to centre of Cannes and beach, but also had secure parking for our car.
Bridget was really prompt and helpful with queries we had. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Fantastic View of Cannes

Highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Cannes. The view from the balcony is amazing.
It is located only a few minutes drive from the nearest sandy beach.
