Overlooks the swimming pool and the garden to rear. 5 minutes walk from the marina and centre of Vilamoura and 10 minutes walk to the beach(seriously, I have walked it!). 150 yards to supermarket, kiddies Golf, 20 mins from the airport and within 5 mins drive to several leading golf courses. Air conditioned and fitted out to the highest standards with all facilities to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, this apartment is an ideal base for either a relaxed sun holiday or alternatively an activity packed time. The apartment caters for both families with young children or people who wish to chill out by utilising the variety of sporting facilities that Vilamoura offers.

Notes: This is a ground floor apartment with wheelchair access through front of the building. This will appeal to those who have mobility issues and those with young children. The apartment is also very secure with a video entry-pone. (Security telephone/TV screen to remotely answer/unlock main door). Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged, although the taxi service is excellent. The apartment has 2 balconies, catering for al frecso dining for 6 people and lounging to the rear overlooking the shared 18m swimming pool and childrens pool. The apartment has 6 sun loungers for the use of our clients. The landscaped gardens are private and enclosed providing the ideal environment for families. There is a private garage beneath the apartment offering places for 2 cars. Travel to Vilamoura details: Fly to Faro - Vilamoura is just 22 km from the airport. Cheap flights available from Easyjet, ryanair Car hire available from premiercarhire Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town. There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 20 euros. We can also arrange a airport transfer for large parties to and from airport to the apartment.

Activities in the area: The beautiful beach Falesia in Vilamoura is within 4 mins walk from the apartment. The beach is 'Blue Flag', and there are sun longers and canopies for hire. There are a further selection of beaches within short drive. As the apartment is located at the marina, we are a couple of good '3 woods' from 5 quality golf courses! Millennium Golf (National 18 Hole) The Old Course (International 18 Hole) Vila Sol Golf (International 18 Hole) Pinhal Golf (International 18 Hole) Laguna Golp (National 18 Hole) This apartment is centrally located for golfers providing the ideal location for entertainment within walking distance after a days golfing! Loads of local activities including 2 Water Parks, Dolphin/Whale Watching, Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Water Skiing, Diving, Paragliding, Jet-skiing, Power Boat Hire, Coastal/Deep Sea Fishing, Boat Trips, Tennis, Horse Riding, Bowling, Bird Watching, Jogging/Cycling along the many cycle routes within the local Environmental Park.

22km from Faro Airport. Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged, although the taxi service is excellent. This apartment does not require the use of a car due to the central location, although if you want to explore the surrounding areas there is secure parking underground for 2 cars. Located in the centre of Vilamoura with great restaurants and nightlife available within 5 mins walk. Local supermarket, bank/cash machine, newsagent and post office is 100m from the apartment. 20 mins from Faro airport. Kids Club, Mini Golf, Cafe and Amusements 1 min walk. Vale do Lobo, Qunita do Lago and Almancel (15 mins drive).

This is probably the best of the many apartments in which we have stayed in Europe. It was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We were in Vilamoura for a family wedding and the apartment's central location was perfect for our purpose. There are excellent restaurants less than five minutes walk away, and the Marina and bars etc. are also close. The complex also provided excellent backgrounds for photographs. I would, without hesitation, recommend this apartment to anybody looking for a base in the Algarve.

We stayed here for a week in March 2009 as a base for our golfing holiday. There were four of us, all in our 60's. Being March everything was quiet and too cold to swim in the pool but the facilities would be ideal in the summer months. The appartment was a good size, modern, clean and very well equipped - we really could find no fault with it. We would happily stay here again if in the Vilamoura area.

Fantastic Apartment.

There were 6 of us- all girls out for a weeks holiday to vilamoura the Apartment was absolutely gorgeous and so spacious with everything in it that you could possibly need.
Everything was exceptionally clean from the apartment to the pool area.
Fantastic location as only a 5 minute walk to the marina and 2 minutes from the local shop.
Had a fantastic stay and will be recommending this apartment to all my friends and family!

Great Location in vilamoura

Apartment is exceptionally well kitted out. Pool area is ideal for lazy days. Very quiet and peaceful yet only 5 minutes walk from the Marina where a good selection of restaurants and bars can be found. Ideal base for golf holiday or as a base for touring local algarve area.

A very clean and spacious well maintained apartment by far the best we have stayed in.Its ground floor location on the complex meant easy access to the lovely pool and garden area. The Marina was indeed only 5 minutes walk away 10 minutes to the Beaches but if you wanted to you could catch the land train which stopped only yards from the apartment.
The shops and restaurants around the Marina were plentiful with a great choice of international cuisine, if you were prepared to step back a bit away from the front of the Marina you would find exceptional value for your money.
Our favourite Restaurant was Rui`s Carvery which was all home cooked food.
With glorious weather we wished we had stayed longer than a week.
We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and would have no hesitation in booking this apartment on our next visit to Portugal.
