It is 2 minutes walk from the nearest subway, 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and Châtelet, the city centre. Every Parisian knows this street because of the brand shops such as Sonia Rykiel, who sell their stock at very interesting prices. This apartment, tastefully furnished, offers a living room with convertible sofa, 1 bedrooms (one double bed ), 1 bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and usual kitchenware.
