We had a good feeling about our holiday before we left as the communication with the owner had been frist class and when we arrived we were not disappointed.
Everything was exactly as described, swimming pool was wonderful, lots of TV Channels and Wifi
Marco Island is a quiet place and you really have to Drive 12 miles up the road to Naples to do anything, that said there is a great Italian Resturant just down the road from the property.
20 minutes to Everglade City and 90 minutes to Miami so plenty to do relativley closely.
We had a great time and will definatley be back!

My Family and I really enjoyed our stay on Marco Island.

Loved the Villa and was a perfect base for 2 weeks of relaxation. Villa is both spacious and well appointed. It comes with everything you could need for a perfect holiday. The Pool area is the highlight and spent many days relaxing round the pool and late nights barbecuing.

I would highly recommend renting a boat from Marco Harbor and taking a trip up to Naples for lunch.

We found the Villa the perfct base for exploring everything the area has to offer and would highly recommend staying here.

Great Family Holiday

We had a lovely time in this villa, which was ideally located in a qiuet area close to all amenities.
We especally enjoyed fishing off the boat dock and being so close to the water.
The villa was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed.
We found the owner very friendly and helpful and would be happy to recommend this villa to others.

when are you selling the house, i'll have it!!!!
a wonderful 2 weeks holiday, couldnt fault it, even enjoyed the garbage being collected on a monday and thursday.
Great location for everything,beach,food, shopping , family run cimema ( a must visit) and even found mini golf (just outside Naples) for kids,outlet shopping (about 45 mins) loads of bargins.

This was our first vacation to Marco Island. The villa was perfect for our family. Great location; close to grocery store, shopping and beach. Kids loved the pool. Enjoyed the barbecue grill and eating outside on the porch. Appreciated the internet access.
