This stunning property can sleep 10+ people, thus making it the perfect place for a family holiday or group gathering or alternatively a corporate event where business and pleasure can be very successfully mixed. The ground floor consists of kitchen/dining room, sitting room and games room plus a utilities room and an attached converted barn for indoor table tennis and general poolside entertainment. On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms both with en suite facilities and on the top floor there are two twin-bedded rooms, one triple plus a bathroom and separate shower room. To give you an idea of size, the master bedrooms are 27m², the living room and dining rooms 36m²and the oak kitchen 38m². There are many places to get-away-from it all for quiet reading or relaxation (or simply to hide from the children!).

Golf Courses and Tennis in the area: There are two nine hole golf courses within a short drive of Le Mas, Both of these have food available, one of these golf courses has tennis courts and the other Longeveau, hires clubs, has a pool, restaurant and a creche. Our town of Chalais also has tennis courts. Angouleme, Cogac and Libourne all have 18 hole golf courses., a 45 minute drive away. Local Lakes and Rivers.: There are plenty of rivers and lakes around the area for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Several lakes have beach areas, for swimming, and some have slides / volleyball nets and children's playgrounds./ and cafes. The River Dronne close, by offers lots of fun for all the family with boats and canoe's. You can hire boats and canoe's for one, two or four people, in several different locations along this river , so you can see lots of different parts of the river, as you drift down stream watching the world go by, or stop and have a picnic on the riverbank.
