Theoule sur Mer is an exceptional beautiful area with a local picturesque village, a small port, sandy beaches and red mountains with unspoiled nature. 30 min. from Nice airport and just a few minutes from the exclusive shops and restaurants in Cannes, with festivals and events happening. The residence is the most luxurious on this coastline and placed on a hill side it gives you a fantastic panoramic view overlooking the sea with Isles de Lerins and the Bay of Cannes. There is wonderful walking in the Esterel hills just above Theoule sur Mer. Monaco, St Raphael and Grasse are within easy reach. Playing golf is easy to do, as 5 min away you have 2 golf courses and several other nearby. Winter skiing is around 2 hour's drive. In summer ferries run daily to St Tropez from Cannes and boat trips run along the coast & out to the Isles de Lerins. You can enjoy cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and wind-surfing

  • Payment and deposit
    Please deposit 1/3 of the total amount on our bank account to confirm the booking.
    Final payment along with a refundable damage deposit of 500 Euro has to be made 4 weeks prior to your holiday beginning.
    The deposit will be returned immediately after our local agent notifying us that no damage/breakages have occurred.
    Bedlinen and towels can be reserved on request at a cost of about 40 Euro per double set and 25 Euro per single set. Please notify when booking. Please bring your own beach towels.
    End of holiday cleaning is charged at 90 Euro assumes the apartment is left reasonably clean with all washing up done and put away.

  • Cancellation
    In case of cancellation, the deposit is only refunded, if there is more than two months until planed arrival.

Further details: We have a small library of DVD's for the use of of guests. The cable TV is continental. Parking is available near to the apartment entrance and the garage just near the Parking. Going a few steps down, an elevator takes you directly to the level of the apartment. At the Port you can rent a boat. The large Summer Pool is just down the stairs through the garden area. The local train station Theoule sur Mer is nearby. The residence is suitable for adults and children over 12 years.

The climate: Summer is hot and dry along the Riviera, but we for sure enjoy the delight of winter also. Theoule sur Mer has a perfect climate and even in January sunshine is said to average 5 hours a day. Mimosa is in full bloom in February, ofcause it can be cool, but usually very pleasant to lunch outside in all winter months. Usually temperature is minimum 10C.

The garden: When you stay in the apartment you feel like in paradise, only beauty surrounds you - a green garden, palm trees (with light on if you wish), flowers, a picturesque beach view and a stunning sea view. Totally peaceful you can enjoy the lounge area at the large terrace

Golf: The nearest course is only a 5 minutes drive away. There are 17 courses within 30 minutes drive. All open all year round.

Theole sur Mer is a very pleasant (quiet) town just South of Cannes.

The apartment complex was very private and had a lovely pool which even in early August wasn't too busy.

The apartment was very pleasant with great views over the bay. My parents, my sister and I had a lovely two weeks there and would recommend the apartment whole heartedly.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

From first seeing the apartment it exceeded all our expectations! This is a wonderful clean, large, and luxurious apartment. It was very well maintained and had everything that you need to make a comfortable stay, a fully fitted kitchen, wonderful bathrooms, and bedrooms. The patio and garden area is delightfull. The owner provided a very accurate description, and was very easy deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. We had a wonderful holiday there.

ein wunderschönes Appartement, mit phantastischem Blick auf das Meer und die wundervolle Umgebung.
Die Einrichtung ist gut durchdacht, perfekt gestylt und gemütlich.
Wir haben uns sofort "zu Hause" gefühlt.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer und Bäder ebenso, es ist sehr sauber und ruhig, und die Anlage sehr gepflegt und mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich sicher und gut aufgehoben, so dass man den Aufenthalt so richtig genießen kann.
Wir haben zwei sehr entspannte Wintermonate (Jänner und Februar) in diesem komfortablen Appartement verbracht.
Die Vorbereitung und Organisation durch die Vermieter ist perfekt
- die Abwicklung ist korrekt und unproblematisch.

Wir hoffen, dieses Appartement wieder einmal genießen zu können und empfehlen es allen, die Komfort und gehobene Atmosphäre schätzen.
