Luxury air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow villa with private heated pool & Jacuzzi Furnished to a high standard. Just 50 yards from the coastal path and 5 mins from Playa Flamingo and the town centre. Close to shops and restaurants. just 5 miins from the closest Beach The villa has air con and is luxuriously furnished with a fully fitted kitchen, Hi-Fi, wide Screen TV with English channels and numerous DVDs to watch. Private heated pool and large shared pool for a good swim & a 4 person spa to relax in. The garden has a large terrace with sun loungers, BBQ, table and chairs. ' 2 high spec adult mountain bikes are supplied for guests use - free of charge (saving €60 per week per bike in local hire costs). The climate at Playa Blanca is excellent all year round. The golf course in Costa Teguise is about 50 mins drive away Eating out is a diner’s paradise with many excellent restaurants by the harbour or nearby marina serving local meals with seafood a particular specialty.

The Villa is just 50 yards from the coast and 200 yards from nearby shops, restaurants and cafes. The town centre is a 30 minute walk along the fantastic coastal path or a 4 minute drive away and the nearest beach is just 2 mins by car. Timanfaya National Park, Papgayo Beaches & El Golfo are all a short drive away and the highly impressive nearby Marina boasts some excellent shops, bars and restaurants too. Punta Limones where you can get a ferry across to Fuerteventura is also just a few minutes away. Although popular with families The villa itself is in a quiet a peaceful location with a quiet drink on the terrace or in the hot tub ! under the stars a must before bedtime.
