Situated in the beautiful town of Cala d'Or, the penthouse has 2 bedrooms and sleep up to 4 people, with exclusive use of the sun terrace and are just a 5min walk from the marina, 10min walk from the beach and 20min from the town. Set in a new development around a communal swimming pool and gardens. Entrance to the complex is via two electrically operated gates and the complex is secure with fencing all around. The swimming pool is an artistic design complete with surrounding palm trees and grass area. Parking space allocated. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance and driving is not essential as all amenities are close by, plus there is a bus & train stop outside the apartment complete complete with timetables. A maid service can be provided for stays of 14 days or more. Cots/Highchairs/Pushchairs can also be provided. There is superb golf course within a 10 min drive.

Nearest Airport: Palma de Mallorca at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Palma at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
Cala d'Or Marina is a 5 min walk, Cala d'Or town is a 20 min walk. Es forti/Cala Es Pou/Calada Gran are all within a 15 min walk of the apartment or 5 minutes in a car. You can also take the land train which regularly departs for all these beaches, outside the apartment across the road at the bus stop. Porto Petro is a 5 min drive away and is a pretty fishing village with great restaurants, a must for fish lovers, Cala Mondrago is a 10 minute drive away and has a good beach complete with 2 restaurants and if you feel like a walk, you can venture into the Natural Park of Cala Mondrago. Vall d'Or Gold Club is an 18 hole/71 par course and is 10 mins in a car to S'Horta, just north of Cala d'Or. Santanyi is a pretty town with a great market on a Saturday morning, 15 mins in a car. Porto Colom is a 20 min drive. The north and west of the island can be accessed within 1 hour 15 mins in a car. Valldemossa, Soller and Deia are a must.

  • Prices are for the property per week in pounds and include cleaning prior to arrival, fresh linen and towels. Arrival days/night times are flexible.

    50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment with full payment to be received and cleared 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Bookings that are canceled 8 weeks prior to arrival with receive a 50% refund, 4-7 weeks will receive a 20% refund and less than 3 weeks will not receive a refund.
  • Please note: A £150.00 security deposit is required on the apartment at the time of booking. This will be fully refunded on return of the key and confirmation of no damage.

Dining and Shopping: Cala d'Or town has a great range of shops and a large selection of restaurants plus there are many great restaurants around the marina complete with stunning views. There are two main supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment and driving is not necessary as all amenities are well within walking distance.

How to get there: Most budget airlines fly to Mallorca from most UK Airports Palma airport is approx 45 min away (midweek), but on peak days (Sat and Sun) expect a 50 min to an hour's transfer. The cost of a cab one way is between 60 -70 euro's. If you are hiring a car, the apartments have their own car parking and there is a remote keyfob to open the gates as you arrive.

A lovely clean apartment with a fantastic balcony and roof terrace, overlooking the pool. We couldn't believe how quiet the complex was on an evening! Within walking distance of harbour and centre of Cala D'or. Loads of bars and restaurants for all tastes and ages. Great service from Sarah who we booked the holiday through. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking of staying in Cala D'or.

Apartment is lovely and clean, with large balcony and fantastic sun terrace. The marina is in clear view from the terrace and looks fabulous on an evening. Beds were comfy, kitchen good size, bathrooms spot on, and parking very secure if you bring a car. It's about 7mins walk to the marina, 20mins to Cala D'or restaurants or 20mins to Cala Egos bars/restaurants. Taxi back after a night out is usually 5euros and 5min trip. Pool area very clean and pool quite cold (all pools are cold though!!). Port Petro is only 5mins in car, and definitely worth a trip for its tranquil relaxing setting and excellent fish dishes. This apartment was excellent and suited four people. Thanks Sarah.
