Originally Hilltop 2 this villa was named Thea which means view or vista in Greek, or with a different emphasis in pronunciation can mean Godess. In the Afandou / Kolymbia area it is located on a hilltop offering outstanding 360 deg views of the sea, hills and countryside, and is available to rent from July 2008. Accommodation is suitable for 6 people in three bedrooms, each with balcony. A modern fitted kitchen and spacious living area is complete with all essentials. Air conditioning is free and available in all bedrooms and living area. Outside in the landscaped walled grounds, is a patio to a private 8m x 4m tiled swimming pool. There is private parking space on the property. Suitable for family or group holidays, not forgetting the romantic twosome in a spacious indulgent luxurious environment. Bustling Rhodes Town to the north with its fascinating historical Old town and new town with designer shopping.

Local amenities are a short drive in Afandou and Kolymbia. Afandou beach provides quiet areas to relax, and Kolymbia bay has sandy beach and water sports. Afandou is an excellent place from which to explore this wonderful Island. Kolympia and Afandou are within walking distance for good walkers, but a car is considered essential and is well recommended. It also allows further exploration of the Island. Taxis are freely available with prices published between main centres of interest so you know the cost before you set out. There is a taxi station in Afandou. Bustling Rhodes Town is to the north with its fascinating historical Old Town and the New Town shopping experience with its departmental and designer shops. Lindos is to the south well worth the visit. Villa Thea is ideally situated in a central position for access to all the island with it's many superb beaches and landmark locations. You must visit picturesque Anthony Quinn bay just a few minutes drive away.

Pool normally decommissioned and emptied out of season from end Oct to beginning May. Christmas and New Year attract special rates on application. Saturday and Wednesday changeovers preferred but can be flexible. Arrival after 16:00 vacate by 10:00 unless by prior arrangement.

    20% deposit and party details required to secure reservation, with balance payable in full 8 weeks before arrival.

    Returnable security bond of £150 / €200 required to be paid with final balance.
    Additional bond for internet USB stick only on request of £150/€200, available to mid June 2009.

Throws and covers are provided as shown in photos, however the weather here in Rhodes may require use of only a sheet. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Emergency sleeping on sofas in the lounge..
