The apartment is part of a block of six units and shares a vast garden with a wooden gazebo, barbecue and a shower with hot and cold water, as well as a spectacular view of the sea. The apartment hosts a built-in kitchen, provided with an oven and a cooker-hood. A large refrigerator, freezer and television. Outside the apartment you can find large terraces with frontal and lateral sunshades to guarantee your privacy, a table, chairs, and a light that will allow you to dine outside during the day and in the evenings. The parking space is included in the price and our clients may use it as they please; you will be able to leave your car just a few meters away from your accommodation inside a safe private area. The apartment is situated in an enviable position: though it is close to the sea-side, it is in a very quiet area, free from traffic and unwanted disruptions. Last but not least, the apartment has a private fenced garden.
