Casa Caballos is the perfect setting for a rural Andalucian holiday. Set amoungst the positively un-touristy Granada region know as the olive belt, where tapas is still served free with each drink and the weather is just as warm as the welcome from the local Andalucian people. The house itself is an old Spanish Finca that has been sympathetically renovated and has all the mod cons like washing machines and TVs. The large Farmhouse and outbuildings have been restored to create two rental apartments and The Farmhouse. The Stables is a large two bedroom family casita. The Tack Room is a spacious studio casita. Both tastefully and comfortably furnished, with log burning stoves and private patios for the long summer evenings. They all share a huge 11m x 5m pool that has a safe area for toddlers. It even has a play area! We also keep our own Donkeys and can arrange a trek for all ages and experiences while you are with us. This is the real Spain experience!

The Farmhouse ha a typical Andalucian layout, the house is centred around the vine covered courtyard ideal for al fresco dining or just lazing in a hammock. The three large bedrooms, one with a massive en-suite, one with a stunning terrace with views to the lake, can comfortably accommodate 7 people. (cots and extra beds can also be added for up to 9 People). The vaulted double height lounge and attached games room has satellite TV and a DVD player with many films for all the family. The kitchen and dining room come fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and a large dining table for the whole family.

Jacqui has been an artist and illustrator for 25 years. She has taught Art internationally and has had her work exhibited and published. Massage and Holistic treatments Just five minutes from Casa Caballos, is an oasis of calm where you can receive various treatments. Swim Spain Neighbour Paul Rigden, a well known swimming coach, provides all levels of swimming tuition.
