A perfect place to relax, enjoy the countryside whilst appreciating the sensational views towards the sea from every angle of the house. Superb surroundings with large terrace, olive grove and fruit trees. Great location for families or couple who like a large outdoor area where they are able to sit, relax and for children to play. There is air-conditioning in all the rooms except the ground floor bedroom. Interior: on the ground floor there's the lounge area with fireplace, kitchen/dining, double/twin bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor there's a large double bedroom, small sitting area and bathroom. All rooms have flyscreens. Exterior: outside kitchen with old style wood oven with table and chairs. Extensive outdoor area with ample place to park.

Located in the Park of the Madonie Mountains, woodlands of Guarneri with good walking paths, wine tasting at vineyard located 7kms from house, a converted Saint Bernadict monastery. A driving distance of 2 km to the sandy/cobbled beach, sun chairs and umbrellas available, bars and restaurants opened till late. The village of Sant'Ambrogio is 1.5km driving there's a supermarket, 2 bars and 2 restaurants. Visit the Norman Cathedral in the centre of Cefalù one can sit and enjoy an aperitif whilst admiring the wonderful architecture that surrounds the piazza.
