A modern town house in the centre of Stirling's historic old town. Downstairs has a living room, dining kitchen and toilet. Upstairs there is one bathroom, three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, and views to Wallace Monument. Fantastic location with excellent public transport links, making it an ideal base to visit the whole of Scotland. Free parking, although car not necessary as the bus and railway stations are within easy walking distance. An easy commute to Edinburgh, making it an ideal, inexpensive alternative base for visiting the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe in August. Excellent public transport links to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Prestwick airports.

Very homely experience

When we landed at the house, we were warmly received by the owner.We got a useful briefing about the place, which set us going straightaway. The house is very clean and well maintained, with all the usual facilities provided. The location is excellent, within few minutes to Stirling town centre by walk, and a few minutes' drive to A91and M9 by car. We were able to make day trips to Edinburgh (Park & Ride recommended), Glasgow, Trossachs, Dundee, Crieff, Pitlochry, Perth and Aviemore. Recommended for families, and for those who want to explore Scotland.
