Luxury 2 Bedroom ,2 Bathroom apartment includes an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. This penthouse overlooks the seafront and golf course. Indoor and Outdoor pools in the complex. Can sleep 6 maximum, air con, satellite TV and DVD player. Although a penthouse this apartment has front door parking. The open plan lounge/kitchen diner provides an ideal place to relax after a hard day chilling on the beach or golf course. The well-appointed kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine as well as a large fridge freezer. With large double patio doors leading to a veranda from every room, the apartment is light and airy and provides spectacular seaviews and golf course views. The apartment is just a ten minute walk from the beach and less than five minutes to the first tee of the Marina Golf Course. Also close by is the town of Mojacar and Vera Water park.
