This villa is ideally located between Golf del Sur & Los Cristianos & has 8 ensuite bedrooms (5 double & 3 twin) sleeping up to 16. There is a private heated outdoor swimming pool & an indoor Jacuzzi. Around the swimming pool is a purpose built BBQ & an additional outdoor eating area. Bedding is provided along with bathroom towels. The lounge, situated on the 1st floor, has a stunning terrace from which you can enjoy the sea views during the day & a fantastic sunset of an evening. The lounge area seats 8 adults & the internal dining facilities seat 16. There is an LCD TV, which receives a selection of English satellite channels & a DVD player. Naturally for a villa of this size there is a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is within 10/15 minute drive of Los Cristianos & Playa de las Americas where a vast array of restaurants, bars & shops can be found. The two 27 hole golf courses (Amarilla Golf & Royal Tenerife)& 9 hole practice run course (Palm Mar) are within a 15 minute drive.

The villa is situated in a quiet hamlet close to the small town of Guargacho and within a 10-15 minute drive of Golf del Sur, Las Galletas and Los Cristianos. In the same radius the exclusive areas of Fananbe and Adeje can also be driven to. There are two 27 hole golf courses (Amarilla Golf and Royal Tenerife) and a 9 hole course (Palm Mar) all within a 15 minute drive. The popular, lively resort of Playa de las Americas with it's clean beaches is only 20 minutes away where many restaurants and bars can be found, also in this area is a large and popular water theme park Aqualand plus the newly opened Siam Park, Europe's largest water park.
