Villa Casa Bonita is a detached single storey holiday/long let rental villa In Moraira on the Northern Costa Blanca,Spain. This very spacious self-catering villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Moraira known as ‘La Sabatera’ - ideal for a family holiday or a romantic getaway! This south-facing rental villa sits on a 1000sq metre plot with all the amenities you could wish for - a private swimming pool (8m x 4m), terrace with outdoor summer kitchen (gas BBQ & fridge), sunbeds, chairs, stone benches, tables & a lovely mediterranean garden with lots of pine & palm trees. The villa sleeps 6/8 (3 bedrooms ,1 double, 2 twin, & 5' sofabed in the large living/dining room . 3 bathrooms (2 en suite), outdoor toilet & pool shower. 5 min drive from villa to main beach, town, restaurants, bars, 10 min drive to local golf course. Local shops /bars 600m. Most rooms enjoy views across the vineyards & onwards to the town & sea. The villa is just 500m away from our other villa Casa Palmera.

Moraira is approx 57 miles north of Alicante airport and 85 miles south of Valencia airport, with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both. Originally a fishing village, Moraira is now a lovely small resort town surrounded by white-washed villas nestling in the pine clad foothills of the Marina Alta mountains and overlooking fine sandy beaches, calm seas and rocky coves. Moraira is free of high-rise development and package tourism. The village itself has a marina and daily fish market, quaint churches, squares and back streets bursting with shops, bars, wonderful restaurants and a weekly market. Casa Bonita is just a 5 minute drive to Moraira's main blue flagged sandy beach L'Ampolla & 10 minute drive to the sandy beach at El Portet Bay. There are also 2 rocky beaches. Golf Courses in the Moraira area.
At present there are 13 golf courses on the Costa Blanca and 3 are within easy reach of Moraira. All are affiliated to the Spanish Federation and consequently can validate members handicaps internationally; all have clubs for hire to visitors and provide coaching. Each one offers something different for the golfing enthusiast in terms of facilities and relative difficulty. Visitors must carry their handicap cards or they will not be able to play. Club de Golf Ifach: Situated on the San Jaime Urbanisation on the coast road between Moraira and Calpe is a 9-hole, par 60, 3540m course, set in a beautiful fertile valley with surrounding views of some of the most prestigious properties in Moraira, the Penon de Ifach (Calpe Rock) and the sparkling blue Med. The world famous designer Javier Arana created the Ifach Club to be short and tricky with numerous obstacles. Many experienced golfers have remarked how deceptively difficult it really is.

Moraira is ideally situated in a bay on the Northern Costa Blanca coast of Spain between the resorts of Javea and Calpe, approximately 50 miles north of Alicante and 70 miles south of Valencia airports, with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both.
