A beautiful house with a large secure garden. Modern and clean with plenty of character. The house is equipped for families with children or babies with outdoor toys and trampoline. Excellent for adults who want pubs and good restaurants a short walk away. The house is in a pretty and peaceful town between the city of London and the beautiful countryside of Kent. Within 35 minutes drive you can be in either the West End of London or in the Garden of England visiting Winston Churchill's home, and the Kent castles. We have a park with swings and woodland within a 2 min walk. A five minute walk away we have modern communal swimming pool and leisure centre, train station with direct train to central London, several excellent restaurants, pubs and shops. Under 10 mins by car you can visit pitch and putt, golf, the cinema, theatre and Gambados indoor play areas for children, a large pool with waves and slides. Perfect for groups who want a holiday with lots of variety

Spa Health and Sports Club: Amida spa and health club is 5 min drive away. Wonderful spa, jacuzzi, pool racquet sports and pampering place. Day membership available but children only admitted at certain times. There are other local communal pools and leisure centres., One within 5 min walk, another two within 10 mins drive where children are always welcome. All are of a very high standard, clean, modern and attractive.

Golf: There are several Golf courses nearby although you will need to check if there are available for occasional use. Parklangley Golf course backs onto the house and entrance is less than 3 minute drive away. Beckenham Place Park is public and is 10 min drive. Hever golf and country club is approx 40 min drive. Driving range 10 min drive.

Our families (3 kids, 8 grown ups) stayed at the place while they visited us in the UK and we spend the evenings with them there. Two of the bed rooms are quite spacious, so ideal for the kids and parents. There were plenty of toys for the kids and also enough space for a large group to use the kitchen and sit at one table.

If we needed anything from the owners, they were really quick to respond. They are really friendly as well.

Thanks again:) We'll return for the next family event.
