This is a stylish newly built 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with balcony off the living area and rooftop terrace on a small and tranquil privately owned complex in Arpora village, North Goa. The apartment is on the second floor of a two story block and is spacious, light, airy and tastefully furnished. The apartment is close to all amenities i.e. shops, restaurants and nightlife are all within 5 minutes with a taxi service outside the gates of the complex to take you anywhere not in walking distance. The complex boasts a large swimming pool and landscaped gardens making it child friendly. There is a 24 security service and a cleaner who will visit at least once a week on request.

Nearest Train: Panaji at 15 Kilometres

Arpora village is centrally located between the superb beaches of Baga and Anjuna which are both within 2 kilometers. Taxis and rickshaws are readily available and cheap to take you from the apartment car park to anywhere not with in walking distance. There are also motorbikes available for hire from a friendly local neighbour next to the complex. It is also perfectly located for the infamous Saturday night markets and Wednesday Flea market.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Our preference for payment would be UK Pounds or Euros although other currencies would be considered.

    A 25% non-refundable deposit will secure the booking, with dates held for you from the point that the deposit has been cleared into our bank account. The balance of funds is required 6 weeks before departure date.

    A refundable key holding/breakages deposit of £50 is required. This money will be returned to you upon confirmation of key return and complete apartment check by the locally based property manager.

    We will be pleased to negotiate discounts for guests wishing to stay 3 or more weeks (this includes Christmas and New Year). Long term rentals will be considered.

  • Bathroom 1 is a modern en-suite off bedroom 1. It is marbled throughout with granite worktops and large mirror. It has a bathtub with shower and a European style toilet and sink unit. Bathroom 2 is the the guest bathroom and is off the lounge and across the corridor from bedroom 2. Again it is marbled throughout with a European style toilet, shower with glass shower screen, sink unit with large mirror. Hot water is available 24 hours a day. Towels provided.

  • The apartment has marble floors throughout. Both bedrooms are of good size with ample wardrobe space and tastefully furnished. They are both very bright and airy with heavy silk curtains to shut out the light when need be. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with European standard mattress and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (which can be pushed together if necessary to make a large double bed) and there is a travel cot available if required. Both bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment and adjoin with double doors which open up onto a small but private rooftop terrace. The terrace is the perfect place for breakfast and enjoys sun from mid-day till sunset, with a stunning view at sunset of the sun going down over the nearby hills.

we spent 10 nights and were happy with the flat and found it a good location for taxis and restaurants . I used to walk to the Baga beach which is a 30 min distance and some lovely cafes around .the only comment I have is that it would have been useful to have some more crockery and cookware in the flat.

We were very happy with the apartment. Its a fantastic location, away from the chaos of goa, but still 5-10 mins drive from everything you need. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and quiet. It was great to stay in a place that had the standard I am used to in Australia, something that is hard to find in Goa and India. I was ready to pay that little bit extra to stay in comfort, and that is what I got. I would not only recommend this apartment to others (and have done so already), but also come back and stay again.

Sorry to say I had expected much better facilities, the upkeep is not up to standard the lenin, Bathrooms, Stain on flooring, Ants all around, Iron not working, No Microwave and not worth the price at all if seen before would have never have rented the place
