Situated in beautiful open countryside and not overlooked by any neighbouring properties. Extensive gardens of almost an acre with mature trees and grassed areas surround the property. This spacious luxury accommodation at 1st floor level has a floor space of approximately 70 sq.m. internally. In addition there are 2 private terraces, a covered terrace adjacent to the lounge and accessed via the French windows and an open terrace for soaking up the sun and access to the gardens.

Nestling in magnificent scenery and surrounded by cornfields and sunflowers this peaceful setting is less than 15 minutes drive from the cafés, banks, supermarkets etc. in the market town of Castelnaudary. History abounds in this region with Cathar castles perched on high like eagles nests on rocky outcrops, and the walled cité of Carcassonne waiting to be explored. The Mediterranean coast is just an hour's drive on the motorway, or a day in Andorra for the splendid scenery of the Pyrenees and its duty -free shopping.
