This beautiful south facing villa is set on a large flat plot in a secluded landscaped garden with lawns, rockery, 3 al-fresco dining areas a magnificent mosaic tiled barbecue with matching table and seating, a gazebo with dining for 6 and a tosca arched naya . You will be spoilt for choice as to where you eat. The pool is surrounded by lawn on 3 sides and terracing on 1 with sunbeds, shaded swing and sunshades. There are also other seating areas in the shade so plenty for everyone.Inside,the lounge has fireside seating for 8 and includes a 50'screen cable TV, DVD, and CD player. The dining room seats 8 and the fully equipped kitchen has cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are 2 double beds, 1 en suite , 1 twin, I self contained studio with dbl bed and 1 other bathroom. Javea lies midway between Alicante and Valencia and is surrounded by the sea.It has 3 main areas all just a short car ride from the villa. The Old Town with its narrow streets, market square and church givin g it a real Spanish feel. The Port being a typical Spanish fishing village with a cinema and many Tapas bars.The Arenal which is the main sandy beach is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants.There are no high rise and no package holidays making it a very peaceful holiday destination.The restaurants are varied in type & price with tastes to suit all.For the sport lovers there is a golf course, tennis clubs water sports and go=karting.For those wanting tranquility but may want to experience entertainment Benidorm with its theme parks and shows is only a 45 min drive or park at Gata and take the train.Costa Nova is in the south of Javea and is a residential area made up of villas,restaurants bars and 2 local beaches. All in all Javea is the ideal holiday for families.

Notes: The pool is 10 metres by 5 metres and is cleaned twice a week by the pool cleaner. The garden is attended weekly by 2 gardeners and there is a fully automatic watering system. The balcony/naya is covered and has dining facilities plus a sofa for relaxing in the shade.The villa is on a flat plot and is one level but has 4 steps to access it.

HOME FROM HOME: Our villa is of a high standard because it is our main home so we have tried to take the best from both England and Spain The garden especially has area that are solely Spanish with stones and palms and yuccas. Then there is the English lawn with many plants in pots brought with us from England. Inside the villa is also a mixture of Spanish and English with furniture from both countries. The villa is set on a level plot giving easy access with plenty of space for parking.

GETTING OUT & ABOUT: A visit to Valencia is a must and getting there cannot be simpler. You can park at Xeraco station for free and for 3 Euro take the train to Valencia. There are many sights such as the Bull ring, Football Stadium , the mixture of old and modern architecture and many museums. There is also the enormous indoor market. Guadalest is another must to see the blue lagoon and the ancient monastry. Benidorm is for everyone with waterparks theme parks and Benidorm Palace for tasteful cabaret shows.Travel by car or by train from Gata.

Our family of four (children aged 8 and 3) had a wonderful holiday at this villa. The pool/garden is perfect for relaxing in the day, and having some grassy areas is ideal for smaller children. The villa is very spacious and well equipped, particularly the kitchen, where there is everything you need to dine in or al fresco. The TV with english speaking channels was great for the children to have a break from the pool and sun dring the day. Javea is only a short drive away and Moraira a little further, but well worth a visit (this was our favourite of the two!)

Hemos estado una semana dos matrimonios y han sido unas vacaciones inolvidables. La casa es una maravilla, tiene de todo y el trato de los propietarios ha sido excelente. Se lo recomiento a todo el mundo. Nosotros seguro que repetiremos.
