Ideally located - beautiful villa in central Trancoso. 300 meters from the Quadrado Historico and 15 minutes walk from the beach, Trancoso lies on top of a hill that overlooks the ocean. For the connoisseur it is much better to stay on the upper side, at night you’ll be at walking distance from the magico Quadrado Historico, one of the most enchanting squares in the world. House is positioned in a quiet residential road, close to cafes, restaurants, local Bahian community, yet fairly detached to enjoy comfort and relaxation with its wide open windows on the exterior lush vegetation. Natural ventilation all day long, and a huge flowery flamboyant shadows the house. From 2008 also rentable 2 spacious chales with lots of deck veranda overlooking tropical vegetation. Each chalet is equipped with small kitchen, will have the same style and standard of main house. Can be rented together or separated or combined with main house. Lots of privacy between properties.

This year 2008/09 we also have two spacious chalets with lots of deck veranda suspended and overlooking tropical vegetation. Each chalet is equipped with small kitchen, will have the same design standard, elegant, simple and sophisticated, of main house. They can be rented either together or separated. the wooden deck will join them, and guest can use one of the two as living room, and the other as bedroom, or both as bedrooms, with plenty of living room in the covered parts of veranda. in case they are rented divided, bamboo rolling curtains will divide spaces, still obtaining more privacy and space of a high standard pousada. They are ideal solution for those who do not want to end up their vacations in tiny prison like pousada rooms. To estimate cost of 2 chalets together discount 25% from cost of main villa in same period. For single chalet then divide in two. Each deck is 30 sq-mts plus 25 of veranda. totalling 55 interior and 50 of veranda.
