Self-catering studio holiday apartment to rent at the popular Garden City complex in Playa las Americas. Garden City offers 2 swimming pool (one is heated during the winter months) plus a Childrens pool and a Kids Club. There is also a Pool Bar & Restaurant *Gym, * Mini Market, *Barclays Bank ATM machine, *Pool tables. *Entertainment *Free Sunbeds around by the pool. The Pool bar offers entertainment and there is another pub Winning Post on the complex which offers reasonably priced food. Right outside the complex there's a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars offering nightly entertainment. There are a choice of two sandy beaches within a 5 minute stroll. The apartments are spacious with twin beds and a seperate sofa to sit - this makes into a bed for a third person. Satellite TV receives BBC1, ITV etc. Fully fitted kitchenette includes, electric hob, fridg, kettle, toast, microwave and iron. Fully tiled bathroom. Your own sunny balcony with patio furniture

The self-catering Garden City complex is one of the most popular holday rental complexes in Tenerife. A choice of beaches within a 5 minute stroll. The San Eugenio Shopping Centre is a mere 2 minutes walk away with it's shops, banks, pavement cafes and large underground hypermarket for all your groceries at very reasonably prices. There are restaurants, bars and shops right outside the holiday complex. Playa las Americas has everything to offer the holidaymaker with sunshine practically guaranteed everyday -why risk the British weather. There are a choice for 2 sandy beaches within a five minute walk. One is at Puerto Colon with its marina and bars and restaurants making it an ideal place to relax. The famous new Siam Park is within easy walking distance.

Notes: The studio is spacious and offers proper beds and a either seperate sofa bed or chairs to sit and relax or watch the Satellite TV which receives British programmes including BBC and ITV etc. Outside on your own private and sunny balcony there is a patio table and chairs plus a pull out clothes line. There is a fitted wardrobe plus drawers and even a book shelf with books. The fully fitted kitchenette includes hob, microwave, fridge etc and there is also a kettle, toaster and iron. Self service launderette through reception so no need to pack loads of clothes. There is an internet terminal at reception or if you wish to take your Laptop there is WiFi at the Hotel Bouganville opposite.

Plenty to do in Playa las Americas: There are five golf courses and all within a fifteen minute drive of Playa las Americas. The famous Aqua Park with its famous slides, flumes and dolphin show is only a short distance away. There is scuba diving, deep sea fishing to catch Marlin or Tuna, sailing, boat trips. Plus there is diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountaineering, paragliding, roller blading The North of the island is completely different and if you wish some culture visit The House of Balconies and the art exhibitions in the North of the Island. Mount Teide is well worth a visit especially in the winter when you can play in the snow then come back to the South and swim in the sea. The Loro Parque - the world famous parrot park with all its other animals including a special penguin house, shark tunnel, tigers etc The new Siam Park is within walking distance of Garden City and looks to be a world renowned theme park

Great apartment in a great location

This was the first time I had booked through a private owner and I will never go back to a package holiday. This way proved cheaper and the accommodation was much better than I expected.

Booking was easy and the owner sent me good details on what to do on my arrival. There was even a contact number in case of any problems but everything went smoothly. We did meet Janet (the cleaner) and her husband when they came to change our linen and they were very pleasant and gave us information on the area and the best places to play golf.

Garden City is in a great location. It is well run and it close to everything we could have wanted. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The British TV was an added bonus for those nights we didn't want to go out. There was even a self service launderette on site.

There were an assortment of restaurants right outside the complex and we really liked Marios. restaurant. There were even British bars offering cabaret entertainment so there was something for everyone. With the lovely beach only a 5 minute walk away we had everything near by.

We have already booked the apartment for next year and have recommended to friends.
Owner's Response: Pleased you had a good time. Garden City is the ideal location as it is a well run quiet complex yet close to everything you want.

The complex has has everything you could need but with the bars and restaurants right outside offering things for all tastes. There is even a Chinese buffet at a cheap price.

There are actually a choice of 2 sandy beaches within a five minute walk.

The main pool is heated for those winter months. While the days are still very hot it can cool in the evening which makes the water cool. If you want to swim in the winter Garden City is one of the best complexes around.

the apartment and complex lived up to our expectations in every way, nice pool and very friendly staff in the bar. Clean and quiet and handy for the beach, restaurants, shops etc.
the description was acurate in the layout, location and the facilities.
Owner's Response: Garden City is a friendly complex and it is very well run. There is even a security guard patroling.

It is close to everything you could need with a choice of 2 sandy beaches within a 5 minute stroll.

Don't forget to visit to new Siam Park - the largest water park in Europe and just a short walk away
