  • Booking Deposit: £200 required to confirm booking. The remaining booking balance will be required to be paid in full, 14 days prior to the clients arrival date.
    Any cancellation received within the 7 day period will result in the loss of the booking deposit.
    A further £200 security deposit will be paid on obtaining house keys and will be refunded in full at the end of stay.
    This security deposit is to cover any loss of house keys and remote control Fob, Locksmith, change of locks, etc.
    All damages caused during your stay, will be paid for in full.
  • Meet & Greet Service. There is a 25 euros charge for 'Meet & Greet' whereby you are met by the property manager and directed straight to the Mira Flores Complex, through the remote control gated entry, directly to the front door, where you will be shown around the apartment, where everything is and how everything works. you will also be given a contact number to call for any problems arising.
    A taxi pick-up sevice to and from the airport of your arrival and departure can also be arranged, with competetive prices on request by return email. This service is recommended if not hiring a car.
    A 'Welcome Pack' of some groceries, ie, water, milk, bread, eggs, bacon, etc, can also be arranged for your arrival, price as per cost of groceries requested.

Best holiday apartment we have ever stayed in

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous and massive, 3 bedrooms, beautiful lounge, kitchen, laundry room, 3 bathrooms and an enormous sun terrace from which there is access to 2 swimming pools, one on the right, the other on the left.
The tv had English channels so you could keep up with the soaps if you could be bothered and the dvd player was a big hit with my sun shy teenager boys. The owner had plenty of dvds in the apartment.
The washing machine was so handy, our flight home was not until 10pm and we were able to stay on at the apartment until 7pm so we had all our clothes washed and dried before we got on the plane.

The property managers Chris and Julia were lovely people and couldn't do enough for us, the pick up service to and from the airport was very handy as we chose not to hire a car. The property owner Harry was very easy to deal with and we had plenty communication from him prior to the trip and our deposit was returned promptly within a week of returning home.

The area where the apartment is situated is in a lovely residential area, the complex is a very secure gated property set in lovely mature gardens. The weekly Saturday market takes place literally on the doorstep of the complex.

We did not hire a car and we managed fine without one but be aware that the the nearest supermarket is a 15 min walk away and there are no shops near the complex. So you would need to stock up on everything that you will need, UHT milk is a good idea and get a taxi back to the apartment .

The Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre is packed full of inexpensive retaurants and bars and is about a 15 min walk from the apartment. About 10 mins from here there is a Lidl supermarket which is even cheaper than the one at home and just up from that is the go karting track. This was the highlight of the holidays for my boys (and husband!), we went there a good few times.

The beach is about a 25 min walk from the apartment and is lovely.

We had a brilliant time, if you are considering booking this apartment, don't hesitate just book it. It is lovely, very reasonably priced, area is lovely and the weather fab. What more could one want!

What a beautiful Villa

We stayed at this villa for 2weeks from the 8th to the 22nd August 2009. The villa is exactly as described on the website. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the two pools which are literally at the foot of the fantastic balcony were beautiful. We would have no hesitation in going back to this villa. The Saturday market which is literally outside the front door was great however the area surrounding the villa is very quiet which suited us down to the ground. I do think if you have kids that a hire car is necessary as the beach was a little too far for us to walk to but once there, we preferred La Zenia as the waves were fantastic, it was lovely. Hope to go back again very soon.

Home away from home except with sunshine

The property was accurately described, clean and well maintained with lovely secure grounds. My wife, three kids and I had a fantastic three weeks holiday and we would have no problem recommending it to our friends. It is well located adjacent to the weekly market but still quiet and secure. We did have a car which we used to access the numerous supermarkets, resturants and lovely beaches.
We liked going to the Playa Flamenca Commercial Center for its wide variety of reasonably priced resturants and pubs and also found the Abbey Tavern very entertaining with its nightly shows and supervised free bouncy castles very popular with our kids.

Great Family Holiday

My family (3 children under 7) had a great time. The appartment iswell equiped to a high standard. The complex very safe as it could be accessed only through locked gates. We felt very secure and could rest assured that the kids were safe. The complex has two fabulous swiming pools which can be accessed directly from the spacious sun terrace. Pala Flamenca is a good, somewhat upmarked resort and is well equipped for supermarkets and restaurant. The beach is only a short drive away and is very safe for children. Overall we had d is. Overall we had a very relaxing week and would recommend this appartment. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Truly luxurious apartment

Had a fantastic time at this apartment, its description does not do it justice, it was absolutely gorgeous with a massive sun terrace a truly luxurious place to live.
It had everything you could need for a pleasant holiday and was within walking distance of some nice places to eat.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.
The arranged transport to and from the air port was a real god send and the driver was very pleasant and helpful.
