This 1941 bungalow is completely renovated and has cool finished hardwood floors and ceiling fans in every room. The central air will keep you as cool as you want to be. The master bedroom and bath are separated from the other bedrooms for privacy. Enjoy the small town atmosphere as you stroll the famous art district, restaurants, and small shops of Old Gulfport, just 2 blocks from home. Artists and musicians from around the country often hold neighbourhood art sales and visit Gulfport's fishing pier for gorgeous sunrises or sunsets. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Old Gulfport or go to down town St. Petersburg with its shopping, museums, restaurants, and night-life - only minutes away. It is a short 25 minute drive to the Tampa International Airport.
