The two terraces are on different sides of the property, therefore catching the sun or shade as required. It is almost detached with only the kitchen linking it to another property. It is situated on the award winning Aphrodite Golf Resort with its 5 star Hotel and facilities. These include an 18 hole Golf Course, Licensed Club House with restaurant, driving range, tennis academy and courts, horse riding, mountain biking and the fabulous 'Retreat' covering every type of top to toe pampering. A short walk to the 'Resort Village' will provide shops, restaurants and Cash Machine. It is positioned on a corner plot and it is extremely private. It has a wonderful sun terrace with huge barbecue area and plenty of space for sunbeds, relaxing sofas and a table and chairs for eating al fresco!

This villa is situated in the Award Winning Aphrodite Hills Resort with its 18 hole Golf Course. It has been built on a hill top and in our opinion has the best views on the Island,. Tennis Academy & Fitness Centre, Horse riding, Nature Walks/Trails, Mini Golf Facilities, Biking Trails and The Retreat Spa. There are plenty of restaurants in the Hotel and also in the Resort Village which has shops, restaurants and banking facilities.
