Quiet, friendly, small complex with lovely outside pool, waterfall and outside jacuzzi. 1st floor, with a lift, lovely large covered balcony with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Air conditioned, lovely interior designed. Composes of large lounge with sofa bed, wall hung LCD TV (to play DVDs on only as no satellite to TV), DVD player, Kitchen/diner fully fitted with all silver appliances, everything you require is there (home from home). The main bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower, the en suite bathroom has a shower cubicle. The twin bedroom is spacious with twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space, the master bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors leading onto the balcony. In both bedrooms there are blackout blinds in a pastel colour to keep the sun out.

Location: Larnaca region in Cyprus

Nearest Airport: Larnaca at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Kilometres
Car: necessary
Only a 5 minute drive to beautiful Pervolia where there is a lovely beach and plenty of bars and restaurants in an older cypriot style setting. The village of Kiti with its shops, bars, banks are a 2 minute drive or a 10-15 min walk away. Larnaca airport is 10 mins by car and Larnaca town for main shopping and the promenade etc is about 15 mins by car. The aqua park at Limassol is about 40 mins by car and the aqua park at Ayia Napa also about 40 mins away. There are camel rides at Mazotos about 5 mins away by car. The local village of Tersefanou is a 5 min walk. There will be a golf course and country club built in Tersefanou around 2010 but this is being built around 0.8 to 1km away. This apartment is quiet enough to get away to to relax but near enough to get to from the airport and near enough to drive to all facilities required.
