This villa is ideal for families with small children. It has all the modern amenities and comfort a family could be require including a pool. There is private parking with a small garden and patio terrace at the front of the house. Upon entering the house you are directly into an open plan living/dining room with a staircase that leads to the 1st floor sleeping quarters. Off the living room there is a small hallway which leads to a single bedroom, bathroom with shower unit and fully fitted kitchen. From the kitchen one can access the rear patio and pool area. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with balconies, a bedroom where there are bunk beds that can sleep 2 - ideal for children. A bathroom with a bath tub and a separate shower cubicle. Upon request we can open up the lower ground floor of this villa which has 4 additional single beds which can be made up into double beds with independent shower unit. There is a separé that can divide the room if required.
