An excellent property for an excellent holiday. Villa apartment 1 comprises of 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with seperate shower, Ensiute bathroom with shower ,spacious living room with cable TV, . All bedrooms have air conditioning (optional) ceiling fans are also standard in all rooms. Outside area comprises of large pool with own garden and a very spacious BBQ area . Sunbeds provided. Villa apartment 2 comprises of 2 bedroom (1 double and 1 with single beds) En-suite Bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath, and a large seperate Shower / toilet room. Spacious Kitchen /Living combined. A large garden with a good sized private pool. A very mature garden sorrounding the pool is excellent for relaxation. There are no photos on this site of this property. Please e-mail enquiry and i will provide pictures. This property is situated in a cul-de-sac therefore parking is not a problem.

The exclusive Santa Maria Estate is on the outskirts of Mellieha Village just 1 kilometer away.It is located on this beautiful north coast where you find the most popular sandy beaches such as Ghadira Bay which is only 5 minutes walk from the Villa.The surrounding countryside is ideal for long walks, hiking, and mountain biking.All water sports activities are available just 5 minutes away by car.Bugibba,one of Malta's favourite 'night spots' is only 6 km. away. Many restaurants are available in Mellieha or nearby St. Paul's Bay and Bugibba. Malta's sister island Gozo is only 6 km. away (ferry crossing required). For the young and young at heart, St. Julians, Malta's no 1 area for clubbing, discos, and all night parties is a 30 minute drive away, not too far but far enough to leave all the noise behind!! A golf course is situated about 30 minutes away. Banks, supermarkets, grocery stores,post offices, chemists etc. are only 5 minutes away. Nearest bus stop approximately 700 meters.
