Luxury holiday home perfectly situated on a palm fringed beach with stunning views across the Gulf of Thailand to nearby tropical islands. Ideal for friends and family groups the accommodation includes three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, with oriental inspired bathrooms. The fully air-conditioned indoor living areas comprise of two separate pavilions. In one a comfortable lounging area with satellite TV and music system, and formal dining, fully fitted and equipped western kitchen and a bedroom with a large double bed. The other pavilion comprises of two bedrooms, one with an extra large double bed and the other with large twin beds. The outdoor living area includes a spacious wooden terrace with table and chairs for relaxation and eating 'al fresco', a sunbathing area and a large infinity edge pool with submerged seating. To one side of the pool is a water feature and to the other a sala with seating. The pool area is equipped with cushioned sun loungers and parasols.

Villa Plumeria occupies a spectacular beach front position within a tropical landscaped garden. Close to the fishing boat marina and set in a coconut grove, this small exclusive development of recently built villas have direct access to the secluded and unspoilt sandy beach at Plai Laem on the fashionable north coast. The villa is close to the swimming beach and five star international beach hotels at Cheong Mon, the charming bohemian fisherman's village of Bophut, with it's colourful chinese shophouses, bars and restaurants lining the water's edge. The airport is a 10 minute drive and the shops, bars and vibrant nightlife of Chaweng Beach just 15 minutes.

Note: During certain times of the year the sea recedes over 100 metres, at other times the water is shallow and not always suitable for swimming. It's a short 5 minute drive to Cheong Mon and one of the best swimming beaches on the island.

We have just spent two wonderful weeks in Villa Plumeria at Samui Boat Lagoon.
In rare occasions your expectations for vacation exceeds when it comes to place were you going to spend your holiday, this was one of those times.
What a marvellous, fantastic place, fully equipped and everything working perfectly, there was nothing we could complain about.
Carlo visited us every day to ask if there was something we needed, and if there was, he fixed it right a way, from scooters to grill coal.
Information provited in folder inside the house was very usefull to us.
Thank you for making our holiday perfect.

Four wonderful weeks

The Villa is just great. Everywhere you feel the caring hand of the owner.
Everything is nicely prepared, arranged and looked after.
Carlo and the very friendly staff do let you feel like being home.
We did enjoy the privacy, the wonderful private pool (good for swimming) and the space inside and outside of the Villa.
During all the four weeks we always preferred to enjoy the view from the beach chairs than driving around. It never was boring. The boats leaving the little harbor or coming
back and the wonderful sunsets, all worth a lot of nice photos.

We did enjoy everything so much that we plan to come back next year.
