Description of the rural house

The rural house is redeveloped in 2004 and retained the typical Tuscan architecture with timber beam at the ceiling and parts of the original stonewall in the living-room and bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big living-room with an integrated kitchen and a fire-place. It is very comfortable within a heating in all rooms and of course air-condition which guarantee a pleasant climate. There is a large terrace at the first floor and also at the ground floor to have a nice breakfast or dinner outside. The Rustico guarantees the maximum of privacy but also all the benefits of a residence with a large pool including child zone, sports ground (tennis, boccia court, and grill area) which are enclosed and completely fenced.
