Second Lounge with Air Conditioning plasma TV, full satellite package, CD player, CD's, books, games for all ages, patio doors to built in barbecue, patio furniture & garden. 5 Bedrooms (1 en-suite) all with Air Conditioning, built in wardrobes & hairdryers. 3 bedrooms with patio doors onto sunny terrace suitable for sunbathing. Chill out areas comprise bar, pool table, separate TV, CD player, playstation2/DVD, table tennis, football table, rowing machine, cycling machine, exercise mats & fridge/freezer. Safe for valuables. The Villa is in a quiet residential area. It is the perfect location for the family who want the best - but don't want to have to go far to find the rest! It is within walking distance of a wide choice of restaurants/bars/shops/supermarkets & hairdressers. A fun train operates from the Strip to the Old Town of Albuferia & Fisherman's Beach. The town also boasts a new Marina. Vilamoura is 15 mins by car where you will find 5+ golf courses, International Marina, deep sea fishing trips & sea cruises. Along the coast of the Algarve are several water parks. A visit to Zoomarine to see the dolphins, seals, sharks & exotic birds makes for a happy family outing. The Algarve Shopping Centre is 10 mins by car where you will find a good choice of shops, restaurants, a cinema and bowling. Our management team can arrange day trips to local markets, golf and excursions to places of interest.

Notes: The rental of the Villa is per week, not per person. The rental includes Maid service 5 days a week, bed linen (changed weekly), bathroom towels, soap and toilet rolls. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. Payment of the remaining balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure together with £300.00 Surety. The surety will be returned to you provided there is no damage to the Villa during your stay. Clients are required to vacate the Villa by 10.00am on the day of departure to enable the Maid to prepare for incoming Clients. For Clients leaving later in the day luggage may be left in the Hall of the Villa and the showering facilities on the Lower Floor will also be available for use.

Travel Arrangements: We can arrange Airport Transfers for you through our local Management Team. You can also arrange with a member of the Team trips to Algarve Shopping Centre, local markets, Water Parks, Zoomarine, Golf Courses etc. If you prefer to do your own driving we can also recommend a competitive Car Rental Company based at Faro Airport. Although car hire is not required at this location we do recommend you make the most of your visit to the Algarve.

Local Management Team: Our local Management Team will be on hand in case of any problems. A member of the Team will call with you shortly after arrival to answer any questions you may have about the Villa, area and excursions. If you wish we can arrange to send you a Folder of more photographs of the Villa for your perusal.

Information: In the Villa you will find a selection of maps, brochures on places of interest to visit, also information on the local restaurants recommended both by ourselves and Clients. We also supply two Folders with information on the electrical equipment contained in the Villa and instructions on the use of the Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer etc. First Aid cases containing the basics are also supplied. Advent Microwave Steam Steriliser & Avent Bottles available.

Golf: What can we say? The Algarve is a Golfer's Paradise. Fifteen minutes by car from the Villa is Vilamoura with its 5+ Golf Courses. These Courses are highly recommended and pre-booking is advised to avoid disappointment. You will find brochures in the Villa detailing the many other golf Courses on the Algarve.

We travelled as 2 families- 4 adults 2 teenagers and a 12 yr old and found this villa perfect for everyone! The chillout area was great with pool table table tennis etc-like a proper pub with own bar and dancefloor! everything you could possibly need was in this villa-every pot pan utensil, library of books and magazines, Sky tv and even hot water bottles if you need them! gladly we didnt with gorgeous weather all fortnight. The location was fine for supermarkets shops bars and restaurants{decent prices too} although a bit of a hike to the beach-uphill coming back! We were well looked after by Gloria the maid and the services of Bravotur were spot on. the villa is very impressive all round,we felt like lottery winners.Cant fault it.

This villa is perfect for a large/extended family, its location is brilliant for the main shops & restaurants in albufeira, "The Strip" is only 10/15 minutes walk away. There is also a Land train that goes from the strip to Albefeira old town which is frequent & easy to use to get around. The property was immaculate & very well equipped, including inflatables to use in the pool, there was even some bucket & spades to use on the beach! The games room was great for kids a welcome break from the heat. I would recommend this property to anyone. We had a fab holiday there & would definately use it again.
