  • A 30% booking deposit is required to secure the booking.
    On receipt of the booking deposit and our booking form completed and returned to us a letter of confirmation is sent to you. The balance and the breakage/key deposit (£250) is then due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment is direct to our bank, details are on the booking form. Breakage/key deposit is returned within one week, after satisfactory inspection and return of keys.
  • Heating is chargeable extra from November to April.

To the front there are steps from the parking area to landscaped garden with various plants/trees typical to the local area. Turn the corner of the villa, leading to the BBQ terrace and the magnificent mountain views. Down the steps leading to the pool terrace or maybe up to the half covered naya (sun terrace) its your choice! The naya is ideal for alfresco dining either under cover or in the sun! The private pool is maintained for your comfort and has a large patio with loungers, reclining chairs and parasols. Modern kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & washing machine. Fully kitchen with kettle, toaster, juicer and coffee percolator. Out And About

The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. The Jalon valley boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorm's Terra Mitica (30 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Aqualandia and Mundomar here. At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, which you find in Pedreguer, will have details of nearby places of interest. Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit. Most of the local villages have a market during the week supplying fresh local produce, wine and crafts. Denia has daily fish market, dates and times from the tourist Office.

Special Interests

Walking Holidays are very popular within this lovely region of Spain, the coastline is very interesting with lots of cliffs and rock formations. The huge IFACH rock jutting out into the sea at Calpe rock has two great walk across it. Equally impressive are the inland walks through the beautiful Orange Groves and the famous Jalon Valley. Cycling and mountain biking are also popular. La Sella Golf and Spa (Marriott Hotel) only 10-15 minute drive away - 18 holes and driving range. Javea Golf Club only 15 minute drive away - 9 holes and driving range. Many more further away - ie Oliva Nova Golf Club - 30 mins

Locally

The town of Pedreguer with its variety of shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants is a 5 min drive away. Both Javea and Denia (both worth visiting) boast an abundance of places to eat and visit. Close by are the beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys with their typical Spanish villages surrounded by orange, almond and olive groves. For a fun day out try the Aqualanda water park, the Mundomar animal park or the Terra Mitica family theme parks.
