Self-catering rental property ideally situated just 20-30 minutes' drive from Alicante airport & less than 10 minutes drive to one of several beautiful beaches where you can bask on white sands or take a dip in the warm Mediterranean sea. Set on a well-established urbanisation, this sunny villa is ideal for families. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony & rooftop solarium, off-road parking & garden. There is a large communal pool a few yards away & shops, banks, supermarkets, bars & restaurants are all within walking distance. The property is fully furnished & has a well-equipped kitchen, lounge & dining area.All utilities,satelitte TV,DVD & Hi-Fi are included, bedlinen & towels are provided & the property is serviced after each rental. Visit romantic Elche with its famous palm-trees & picturesqe parklands. Spend a day at the local Aquapark in nearby Quesada or for the more adventurous, a day's drive to beautiful Granada & the ancient Moorish city of Alhambra is unforgettable

Situated just north of Guadarmar and Torrevieja and south of Elche with its multitude of palm trees or the fishing port of Santa Pola, the house is ideally placed for exploring the beautiful Costa Blanca coastline. Take a trip to the Isle of Tabarca on a glass-bottomed boat and enjoy underwater views of the many species of fish near the Island. Visit one of the many street markets which take place most days at one of the nearby towns and enjoy the spectacle of seasonal Spanish fiestas and processions. Choose from numerous restaurants serving multi-national cuisine or simply sample the delights of a Spanish tapas bar. Take a leisurely swim on one of the safe beaches in clear blue water or just bask on a beach lounger in the sunshine or in the shade of a wooden parasol. There is plenty of entertainment for children and adults alike, all within driving distance. Torrevieja boasts a superb shopping mall with a multitude of outlets and the Carrefour hypermarket is a real experience.

Très belle maison dans un environnement calme !

Belle propriété, spacieuse, meublée avec goût, très propre correspondant exactement au descriptif, avec un jardin fleuri et ombragé et de très belles terrasses. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un très bon accueil, aucune mauvaise surprise. Quartier très calme et tous les voisins sont charmants. Belle piscine (bien entretenue) à quelques mètres, plages assez proches. Beaucoup de centres commerciaux à proximité, mais un peu trop de restaurants et bars "anglais" ... toutefois, des coins typiquement espagnols dans les environs : plage de el pinet, la ville de Elche ... C'est la 2ème fois que nous allons dans cette villa et espérons y retourner !

A lovely holiday, in an excellent location within very short walk to the ample pool and easy car radious of shops,places of interest and the beach.
The accomodation was as described in the leaflet, clean,homely and well stocked with all the necessary equipment.
We had an excellant service from the owners and communication links were very good. The nextdor neighbours were very helpful and only too happy to assist.
There were only two minor issues which we hadnt appreciated: There was no air conditioning, making it a little uncomfortable at times & the urbanisation itself was predominently " british" I do enjoy more multi-cultured environments.
That said, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and certainly will consider using the same villa when we return to mainland Spain. Thankyou
