The studio apartment is located on the second floor or a completely redone five unit 1920’s apartment building and has many windows, which makes the apartment very sunny and bright. It has tall bamboo planted on the side of the building, which sway in the breeze, and almost give you a feeling of being in a tree house. It is furnished with brand new contemporary furniture, and has two living areas. One contains the dining area next to a brand new modern kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave and combined washer/dryer unit. The other area contains a queen size bed, a comfortable seating area with two chairs, of which one folds out into single bed if needed. A modern bathroom includes a oversized walk-in shower with large rain shower head. The apartment has a 37” flat screen TV with surround sound system, I-pod docking station, cable TV with HBO, phone service with unlimited local and long-distance calling, as well as high speed wireless internet access.
