Fantastic 3 bed 2 bath villa with private pool only 3 mins walk to Beach
Beachside 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached Full Furnished villa set on a large plot with private swimming pool. You can walk down to the beach and new promenade in less than 3 minutes. Several restaurants, bars cafes supermarkets newspaper shop bank etc within a short walk plus dozens more within 5-10 minutes walk. A car is not essential unless you wish to sight see. The villa has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with en suite shower room - Bedroom 2 with two single beds Bedroom 3 with two single beds. The villa will comfortably sleep up to 6 persons. There is a sofa bed for guest 7. A cot is also available. Air conditioning in the main living room and master bedroom plus ceiling fans in the remaining bedrooms. Kitchen with main appliances including dish washer. Outside are several Terraces plus a large garden with off street parking for 2 cars, A private swimming pool, sun beds, several seating areas (some shaded) and a BBQ.
