Magnificent spacious 100sq m marble floored apartment with attractive hall, large lounge/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 fully marble tiled bathrooms, modern fully equipped large kitchen and separate utility room. 54sq m automatically irrigated flower bordered terrace area with separate sun bathing and shaded sitting and dining areas. The terrace enjoys sun from mid morning until late evening with beautiful sea and pool views. The lounge and both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. The apartment is expensively and elegantly furnished and comprehensively equipped. It enjoys satellite TV and wireless broadband. It is primarily used by the owners and their family as a second home in the sun. It is situated in the upmarket residential area of Playa del Duque, in a quiet and secure luxury residential complex with heated pools, elegant reception areas, lift access throughout with private underground parking. Main reception is manned; there are security cameras and guard at night.

Costa Adeje is the finest beach resort in the south of Tenerife. A multinational cosmopolitan resort favoured by discerning holidaymakers.The area is the home of many 5* hotels and upmarket villas and apartments. Relax on the Del Duque and Fanabe beaches, stroll along the beautiful sea front promenades, dine in any number of fine restaurants or enjoy an aperitif in the exclusive sea front lounge bars. There are no arcades or noisy nightclubs here. Golf can be enjoyed at the beautiful courses of Costa Adeje and Golf las Americas. There are 3 other courses in the area. Stroll along to the former fishing village, La Caleta, past the Bahia del Duque Hotel and the other 5* hotels and enjoy the catch of the day in one of the fine fish restaurants. For walkers the protected areas of Barranco del Infierno and the hilltop villages of Masca and Villaflor are ideal to explore.Visit the old town of Adeje nearby and enjoy a drink/tapas with the locals in one of the tree lined pavement cafes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Owner`s resident representatives will be at the apartment to meet you on arrival and will be available throughout your stay. The apartment is comprehensively equipped; written instructions on all apartment facilities etc are in the apartment.

    Prices include for a maximum of 4 people only. To secure the booking we ask for a deposit of £100 per week. The balance must be received at least 6 weeks before your travel date. During Xmas/New Year the rate increases to £750 per week (20 Dec 2010 to 4 Jan 2011). The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival. Towels including beach towels are supplied and if you are staying for 2 weeks a change of bed linen and towels will be provided. A welcome pack will be in the fridge on arrival. Cancellation fees: Up to 6 weeks before arrival loss of deposit; within 6 weeks before arrival 50 percent of full amount; within 4 weeks 100 per cent of the full amount.
    Late stay on departure day offered where possible to accommodate evening return flights.
  • The apartment is approximately 20 minutes drive from Tenerife South airport (Reina Sofia) along the TF1 motorway. Subject to personal preferences it is not necessary to hire a car. There is a bus stop 5 minutes away from the apartment which services the local area and further afield. There is also a free bus service to the magnificent newly opened Siam Park waterpark; well worth a visit.Taxis are readily available. There is a shopping trolley in the utility room to assist in pedestrian excursions to the nearby supermarkets.There is something for everyone; you can relax all day on the terrace or or in the attractive swimming pool area; you can walk down to the beautiful del Duque beach, you can walk or jog along the 4 kilometre sea front promenade. Interesting day trips can be made to Puerto Cruz in the north with a visit to the renowned Loro Park. Discover Tenerife antiquity in La Orotava and Garachico. Visit the stunning Parque Nacional del Teide and marvel at the volcanic landscape.
  • Walkers will delight in the Teno Rural park high in the hills where Masca is a delightful village. The braver may venture to the Tenerife capital Santa Cruz and nearby La Laguna and Candelaria for a spot of architectural sight seeing. The beautiful unspoilt beach of Las Teresitas is near Santa Cruz. Tenerife has tremendous appeal with activities to suit everyone. Many enjoy days in the sun, playing golf, visiting theme parks, others find it is a delight to explore the 'real Tenerife' getting to know the beautiful volcanic land and its people. Travel writers recommend Tenerife for its consistently good all year round weather and diversity of attractions.

Notes: The complex is a luxury residential complex with permanent residents. Children aged 16 and above only are accepted in this apartment. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment although smokers may smoke outside on the large terrace.There is a digital satellite receiver and over 500 TV channels are available (English, French, German etc etc) There are 3 televisions. Free wireless broadband access throughout the apartment. All floors inside are marble tiled, kitchen and bathroom surfaces are granite and marble. This is spacious well planned accommodation with close access to the pool areas. The apartment is near to a lift with direct access to the private garage. The apartment is ideal for sunny Tenerife outdoor living with direct access to the large terrace from lounge and bedrooms (no spiral stairs involved). There is a retractable sun awning and all weather easy chiars and coffee table outside. Supermarkets are within walking distance and two shopping malls are nearby.

We have just returned from a week’s stay in this apartment. It’s the fourth time we have stopped at this complex and first time in this apartment. It has everything you would want and more. It’s cleaned and finished to a very high standard. My son’s really appreciated the WIFI link, and the satellite TV's, and for us it was the dishwasher. It is also the first apartment we have had that overlooks the pool,and the sea.
Caroline has added those little touches as well as the apartment being of a high standard with rooms with space. Communications were excellent throughout, and we were met and greeted at the apartment on our arrival.
Thanks again for a great week’s holiday can’t wait to return next year.

So good we came back!

We have just returned from a two-week break at this fantastic apartment. This was the second time that we have stayed here and once again we were delighted with the luxurious apartment itself, the prestigious complex and the surrounding area.

We were pleased to see that the owners have introduced several new features, which only enhanced our enjoyment of the holiday. These include a roll-up terrace sunblind that provides cover from the mid-day sun - perfect for al fresco lunchtime eating! The terrace area itself, which allows beautiful sea views, had also been improved considerably with exceptionally comfortable waterproof sun loungers.

Caroline did all she could to ensure our stay was as relaxing as possible by leaving an extremely detailed guide book for using the appliances and a very welcome 'welcome pack' on our arrival!

All in all we had a wonderful holiday and hope to return for a third visit in the not too distant future!

Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento y he de confesar que nos sorprendió muy gratamente. Se encuentra en una zona cercana a la playa y a otros centros de ocio de gran calidad.

El apartamento resulta espacioso; está perfectamente equipado -desde los muebles y los cuadros, el acceso a internet, hasta una gran terraza con vistas al mar- y además la piscina comunitaria es estupenda.

Sin duda creo que es el mejor piso en el que hemos estado desde hace mucho tiempo y seguramente volvamos el año próximo. Un saludo.

We have recently returned from a most enjoyable week at this beautiful apartment. It is gorgeous! The apartment is large and most tastefully decorated and is so well equipped that you want for nothing. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The large terrace area has a lovely sea view and is ideal for eating al fresco. The complex itself is very smart and is in an ideal position for exploring Costa Adeje which is a lovely part of Tenerife.

I can't speak more highly of the apartment itself - I just fell in love with it and hope to return there for our next holiday in Tenerife.

If you like luxurious accommodation in a lovely part of Tenerife - you will not go wrong with this!

Everything about it was excellent and the details that you gave from the directions to the apartment,right thorough to use of the washing machine were so helpful and made our stay so enjoyable.
